Doctor visit yesterday - just turned 65 and I'm restarting. This will make it happen. Got through 40%. Going to make it to at least 60% tomorrow - and I'll report in, too!! Love it (and I'm sweating, too, Patty P!!!
I am a senior with Rheumatoid Arthritis, trying to find vigorous exercises for my heart but knee-friendly. I searched hard and failed to find one that satisfied my needs until I discovered Brain Syuke just a few days ago. This exercise indeed pumps up my heart rate and offers me a whole-body workout!
