    I just discovered your channel through Cole Chance and instantly had to find you and subscribe. I am a fellow yoga teacher with a background in neuroscience, immunology, and eastern religion but have chosen to focus more on meditations and spiritual guidance... so I know a good teacher when I see one. ;) my friend, you are so so good!!     I did your four stretches when I had acute sciatica pain last month. Just came across this one recently.. feeling so good mobility on the back . It’s hard to find a true stretches video which we can blindly follow for sciatica pain .. this is a true asset

    After experiencing sharp sciatic pain for the first time in my life and being unable to move for three days, I slowly eased back into movement with your video on poses for sciatica relief. Today is the first time in three weeks I'm actually able to do a yoga practice, and I found this one to be gentle and soothing, and your instructions so calming they allowed me to also listen to my body and make adjustments when I needed them. Thank you for your work and your generosity, you've been a true light in these frustrating, painful weeks

    Hi David I loved this practice even though I was having Sciatica running down my leg. I love your calm gentle voice. Noticed your guitar and keyboard. Maybe you will play us some live music. It is too bad it took Hip Arthritis for me to find you. I love the set. The plants are so pretty.

      Than you so much Paula! I'm so sorry that you're still struggling with sciatica. Just keep going slow, listening to your body, and giving yourself lots of love and compassion.     I was having Sciatica pain with my right leg pain was up and down . Now much better! I thought May be from playing golf but it happened the week I was not playing golf

    This was wonderful as is all of the flow practices for sciatica. I have done them many times and my pain is so much better and even better after one of your classes. I cannot thank you enough. I am tired of hurting and I hope I will get to the place that it no longer hurts.

    I suffer from three years of sciatica pain...exercise is the only way to relief from this pain?

      Hi Anand! I'm sorry that you're suffering from this pain. Each case of sciatica pain is unique, with many possible causes and variables, so there is no one solution. The exercises and stretches in this video are the ones that have helped me and many of my students find relieve from chronic stress related sciatica pain, and with consistent practice over time, these stretches and exercises can help to prevent this pain from recurring. And while there is no single solution, some kind of exercise is almost always at least part of the therapy. I hope this helps!

      Hi doyal baby! I'm so sorry that you're suffering from this pain. I know it can be awful, but your body's ability to heal and repair is miraculous. Because there are so many different types and causes of low back and sciatic pain, only a medical professional can address your specific diagnosis and therapy. I would recommend seeing a doctor, chiropractor or physical therapist if you haven't tried already. However, I also suffered on and off from sciatic and low back pain due to chronic stress for several years and these are the stretches and exercises that have helped me and many of my students find relief over time, and help prevent this pain from recurring. Below are a few more videos that you may find helpful... Also, including short walks during the day (10-15 minutes, preferably outdoors) can really help as well. I hope this helps you find relief my friend 🙏
