Man they new Matrix was so disappointing, although the allegory of men and women needing each other to be complete the “One”s was interesting. The Matrix as a franchise has been a disappointment though. One amazing instant classic followed 2 “meh” sequels, an extraordinary anime, and a few dreadful games is all we got for so long. Compare that to how other IPs utilize their worlds like Marvel. Sucks.
