    I’ve done this hundreds of times in the last few years I keep coming back to it. I’ve written all the combinations down on my own sheet and have added weights and more reps less break for when it starts to feel too easy. I haven’t yet attempted 30 seconds work and 10 second rest though that would be a killer 😅 what is most profoundly amazing about this 20 minute workout is how effective it is. It’s been proven that Tabata is works wonders in our metabolism and our bodies can keep burning fat stores for up to 36 hours after a work out! And it’s FREE. A couple of these a week and you really start to notice the difference 🙌 I’m a big fan.

    Thanks Joe! You've probably heard it a lot, but I hope it doesn't get tiresome for you when I say that your workouts have been a fantastic, integral part of me keeping fit during lockdown, so thank you so much. This one is my favourite as it's so brutal, but man am I useless at press ups!!

    @joewickes I really needed that today! I’ve been struggling for last 2wks and had a word with myself yesterday to take the first step & do some exercise today. I so didn’t feel like doing it this morning but got the girls to school & then just got on with it & now feel great 👍 Thank you Joe

    I’ve been doing your work-outs for a while now and then I was gutted cause I sprained my ankle and couldn’t do all the jumps and stuff that I love but I’m in recovery now and just got back into it... this has left me absolutely blown! Ready for my night shift now thanks joe you legend! 😎

    I absolutely love your workouts, Joe! I can’t find any on UA-cam I enjoy more. I also like the traveling aspect of your videos. You make me feel encouraged as a beginner because you also get winded and tired at times and you are super fit! Thank you for making my fitness journey worthwhile, I’m starting to see results and it feels great! Love from SoCal!

    An oldie but a goodie! Goes very very fast with just 10 seconds rest between each 20 min exercise!

    Love love LOVE this workout, cheers Joe! Though it does make me die a little bit inside to hear we are only halfway through haha. But would love more like it with the 20 second work/10 second rest!! So good.

    Dude, Joe! This one was brutal! Love it! Also, best part is when you scream "San Dieago!!!" towards the last couple sets. I started busting up mid set. LOL

    Killer workout. Love what you’re doing and your brand of workout. What would be even better is to please re-edit with a louder beep (which was inaudible for me) and ideally an on screen clock. This will make it MUCH better.

    I recommend this after doing a half hour jog in the park. KILLER! But bolting this on the end of your jog is worth it!!!! I’m dead but feel amazing.

    I do this workout every day as I feel it the most intense one for gaining fast bursts that I need for boxing.
    If your like me and you find the squats and jump squats a little easier then add a 10kg kettelbell and for the running on the spot variations I use two 1kg small weights to add extra resistance.
