I sometimes do my own HIIT workout.
This is what it looks like.
2 minute warm up
6 exercises:
High knees running on the spot
Squat jumps/lunge jumps/star jumps
Mountain climbers
Burpees
Push-ups/duck walks/planks
Sit-ups/crunches/squat hold
30-35 seconds of work
20 seconds of rest
Repeat 4 times
2 minute cool down.

Hi Joel, I love doing this workout -often I change some of the exercises to make them more accessible for injuries that I have. Love keeping up with you! Very motivating to watch you sweat it out at the same time :)

great loved it. i usually do your ladder hit workout but loved this one. think i will mix it up more every week now.
this was so awesome! i had a hotel with no fitness center and running through the unfamiliar streets of my unfamiliar location was not an option. This was a perfect hotel in room work out! thank you thank you!

This is such a tough but fab workout and every time I’ve done it (a couple) I’ve hardly been able to move the next day as I forget to stretch, that is a sign of a cracking workout 😂 🏋️♀️ love it!

Hey Joe, good work on here, just a quick question. could you please add a link to a list of settings for people who record these workouts on devices like Garmin watches etc? Just so we can program our devices before we start the workout and get aureate HR and calorie records.

Another tough one. That 10s break might as well not be there...can you give us a heads up of the next exercise a few seconds in advance if possible? I find myself missing the first few seconds of the first set of each new exercise as I get a handle on what we're doing. Thanks !
