    I’ve been working straddle/compression strength for about 2 yrs now & this is BY FAR the best instruction/video I’ve even seen! Can’t wait to incorporate these drills! Thank you!

    Is it necessary to plantar flex? Does it help to keep the legs straightened?

    Thank you. Loved this. I learned some new ones. How often do you recommend doing these? Can they be done every day?

      @@anthonyfalcone3039 So glad it was helpful 👏 2-3 times a week. Just make sure you are also balancing this with hip flexor and quad stretches as well.
