@@royandescartes yeah bro I get that. Mine developed issues just recently. I'm not too upset because I have an Apple store appointment today, and they are still in warranty. My friend bought them 2 years ago, and then he gave them to me after about a year and a half. Ive owned for 6 months. Wish me luck lets hope they repair/replace them!

This really did help! I kept my airpods case open for 30 seconds and the problem stopped and I will do that whenever this problem occurs again. I did it with my airpods gen 2

My left AirPod only crackles when the right one is out the case .

@Benson Have to agree. They replaced my Airpods 3 times during the first year for this issue. But tried today (about 2 years after purchase) and they won't cover it anymore as the replacement Airpods I received were manufactured in 2021. They both failed whatever test they run but won't replace anymore. Which is a bummer. I can still listen but they're not usable as a headset anymore.

I figured it out! Change the Tips , the tips has a tiny screen that comes loose and it vibrates ! It’s the fix for sure

Unfortunately not working for me. Still crackling in the left ear when either Noise Cancellation or Transparency settings. Once I physically moves it makes noise (walk, run, head shake). Anyone else?

If you got maxes all you need is to slap hard but not too hard on the inside of the ear up I’m not sure if the is a permanent fix

my airpods have the rattling problem when in noise cancellation or transparency and these were supposedly the replacements (replaced last year) :/

Idk what it is with mine, but there isn’t really a static noise. It sounds more like a really tiny ball is just moving around it my left AirPod and I can hear it no matter how loud I have it

Connecting for charging for 2 minutes and again connecting pods, work for me
I found a fix. Try taking off the earbud part of the AirPod Pros and cleaning the back of it that touches the speaker. Then also wipe the speaker clean. This was the only thing that worked for me and I need to share

The crackling happens to my Airpods when I’m running, no issues when walking or sitting. The only thing that worked for me is turning off both Noise Cancelling and Transparency. Resetting, cleaning and updating didnt work.
Same. My guess is that a micro dirt gets into the microphones and when the noise cancellation of transparency is turned on the sound of them wobbling inside the earphones turning into this craving noice

Hi i bought my airpods pro yesterday and the left earphone whistles when the music is paused or when there is only one earphone inside the ear the right one makes no noise the left one whistles
MISHASHOW bro, Reset your AirPods and make sure they have a good amount of charge. After connecting make sure your iPhone Audio balance is set in the middle or not. Also check if both AirPods are charged or not.😊

Apple have word wide problem with air pods pro 1 noise cancel. Also the reacal they said that i need to buy a new one. Thats not fair!!!😢
Also note this, take the tip out, rotate 180 degree’s, and attach them again, for some reason it fixed it fox me and I dident hear any rattling/crackling.

I had the same issue, which was annoying as I work with these AirPods daily! Then, I realised the problem was gone when using only one earbud at a time. So, I decided to buy new tips from an off-market brand assembled with a different foam and construction. So, the issue is now gone. There is a significant problem with the tips, but I don't know why. Try this: remove the tips and use the AirPods without them. You won't hear any clicking or weird noises. That worked for me - better give it a try than buy new AirPods.
Hey im wondering if u got 1st gen airpod pro or 2nd gen and what brand as ive been dealing with the issue for like 2 years now. Also the issue only happens when ur in anc or transparency mode so basically all the time. Turning off these features removed the issue but then it feels cheap and terrible in ur ears

@@sarahperez1304 I've tried resetting the Airpods, but nothings seemed to work. I've cleaned them, they're updated and it's only happened since I updated to the most recent IOS update. I don't belive I'll be able to use them with my phone until the next Apple release drops.

I fixed mine and it was doing that the bass basically is up too high. Go to settings, accessibility, AirPods, audio accessibility settings, Headphone Accommodations, press on that and make sure it’s on, then scroll down where it has the thing where it says slight, moderate, and strong. Make sure it’s on slight. After I did that it worked a lot better for me!your welcome!!❤

Mine sound like the speaker is blown out it emits a humming sound on noise cancellation and if I hum or talk it crackles with a very irritating noise. I must have blown them out even though it’s only one the left ear.
Bro , Have you tried disconnecting all the devices from your iPhone, then Reset your AirPods, then connect only your AirPods. Also if you have noise cancellation, turn it off. It can fix the issue.😊

@@ForeverYoung904 I took it to apple and they did a test on mine and replaced both for free even though it was out of warranty due to mine being the first bought during launch guess there was an issue with them doing this buzzing sound. Mine was great til literally a few weeks ago

The thing that makes it work is go to settings, click your airpod’s while they are connected, then scroll to accessibility, then go down to audio accessibility settings, then click headphone accommodations, scroll down till u see the slight, moderate, and strong. Then put the bar at slight and it should work.

This is so out of date. Accordingt to that website the last version was 5E135 - 2 May 2023. My wifes headphones have a firmware of 6A321. which is not even listed. The fact that so many people are having this issue SHOULD tell you that there is a major design flaw with apple products... Which is exactly why I never touch apple. I would not be suprised if this is a fault by design to force sheeple to buy new upgrades. baaaa baaaa!

Nice try.. but Apple fucked us on this one - none of these worked and I was at least able to get Apple to give me a new pair.. now with that new replacement pair, guess what? Crackling, static and as of a microphone runs into interference noise - none of these tricks worked

@@Fix.369 yes, cleaned it with isopropyl alcohol. Also know that the issue is only present with the noise cancellation. Turning it off is just a work around. Not a fix.
a new hint to solve the problem that helped me: change the earbud to a bigger one. I changed middle size earbud to big one and the Problem is solved.
