And it will really make the best version of your face. Tbh I was a natural mewer by birth my tongue used to always rest on the roof. At start it would be hard for the beginer try to do it constantly. Mewing will make your cheek bones prominent , eye area better , jawline better , maxilla forward , chin forward.

And the results of mewing depends on age Younger the you are greater will be the result
