Is Fears to Fathom Actually Scary?

Today we're looking at Fears to Fathom episode 1 - Home Alone. I'm playing horror games on stream to celebrate the Halloween season, and this was the first one I checked out. I also played the next two episodes - Norwood Hitchhike and Carson House - in the same stream, and will also probably be making those into youtube videos if people want to see them!

I actually really like the Fears to Fathom series. Started out a bit rough, but the newest one is my favorite. It's like... cozy horror? It usually starts with getting familiar with a comfortable-yet-unfamiliar space and a slow build until something goes wrong. Honestly it's such a unique type of horror (for games at least) that I now look forward to each new entry, even though they're less scary than similar horror games.

Nice collection you got there Cider. 😆 I recognize that Gin; if you want a good sipping gin, I recommend one that is barrel aged. Still got a good juniper flavor, but it's much smoother and has a little bit of smoke on the finish.
