  • Take the next 5 minutes to enjoy this guided meditation, as you just relax and focus on your breath. This is a great form of Mindfulness practice which will help you to become present to the moment. Mindfulness meditations can be used to help reduce anxiety, stress, depression, and many other issues. Give it a try and let us know how you feel afterwards. Enjoy!

    I had a long history of getting into trouble and fights at school because of my anger issues. It was last year when i got suspended from school and dissapointed my whole family that i wanted to turn my life around. And i just wanna say this channel has been a catalyst for becoming a much more relaxed and patient person. Thank you 💗

      Continue working on yourself and being a great young person, school is not easy but do your best💕 try and start a journal where you can write your feelings down every day, talk to an adult you trust about the cause of your anger or a peer mentor at school. Take care best wishes

    I think like if something is going to happen and then I am home alone and I get scared I start to feel sometimes pain or dizzy then it goes away. I have just been so hurt in the part and so many things has happened to me and the keep coming back to my mind, haunting me, and I just want God to protect me and to be ok. I know I am healthy and well because I went to all my doctors and ruled out all but still I think and I need to concentrate in the here and now not in the past which is gone or the future because its uncertain. I did a 5 min relaxing meditation with deep breathing and it helped. I cried and prayed to God to help me and not leave me alone in this journey. I still have the tension headache but I put ice pack and drink relaxing camomile tea. I feel discomfort on my stomach the left side under my rib.

    I reallu enjoy this short meditation for my breath. Sometimes its better to do a shorter version and let yourself sink into it, then having a 10 minute meditation wich you don’t actually have time for, so you just push through it. Thank you again!

    Good afternoon, truly spectacular meditation. I have noticed that every now and then I do tend to get thoughts popping into my head however, instead of stopping them I acknowledge them and let them pass rather than focusing upon them. Thank you!
