I did this meditation without advertisements and I must say it was a wonderful meditation. I am so grateful for making self love a priority, it may seem selfish the purpose of practicing self love is to build a loving and healthy relationship with yourself that embodies true love, and that’s how you manifest your future spouse/partner. 😊
