GREAT video ... I've seen dozens of shower tiling videos and almost none so clearly explain what it takes to place a niche so carefully. Most either "ta-da it's done" mysteriously or just use partial tiles adjacent. Seems to do it right you really have to not place it exactly until some tiles already in place. The grouting help at end is precious! Thanks for sharing your work!
With the pencil trim around the niche, I would definitely recommend to always miter the coroners on a 45. I never butt the corners square. Also, put the dutch man in the middle or bottom in line with the grout joints, instead of at the top left of the niche. Great work per usual
Pencil tile for the win over uninspiring, plain subway! Love the niche in corner so much hope you don't mind I'm copying this right now! Question: what material is that shelving and corner bench? Thanks
Hmm, I like this one, at least it satisfies my obsession with bricks yet it still looks bad because it is small I would rather do a niche for my whole body where I can put myself just like in a bathtub, wonder why there's no such type of niches... one for my shower gel and one for me :)) BUT. I still won't seat on that thing it really makes me feel like one of those heroes from a Final Destination, lol

Looks Good, Maybe make 2 equal pieces on the Trim in Niche

Só The only thing holding the bottom and top of the niche are those 3 screws on the face on the wood ?
Looks good but I would have probably preferred to have smaller corner peices to have that same line look meeting the tiles.
How you get such equidistant spacing between your tiles is amazing since I can't see you using spacers....!
There's a tab on the edge of the tile for spacing
Greetings! I have two Niches... should I caulk or grout corners? I use Wedi board and corner sealant beneath the tile for water proofing. thx
Silicone. No grout in corner. It will crack.
Do you have a tutorial video explaining the materials needed to do bathroom renovation?
Fiddly and time consuming but well worth the effort 👏 looks great
Tidy 👍
What are you using as the shelf? Does anyone know?
What are your shelves made of?
They are made out of quartz. I get it at Lowes
@@WINNI.DesignsDoes the quartz cut with a score and snap cutter, or do you need a wet saw?

Don’t you have to account for grout space?
You do. Tile he used have tabs for spacing.
I’ve noticed you tend to make the smallest possible seats for your showers. Why is that??
Nice video and job....but wait, did I see child labor used in this project!? Or is that your project management?
haha little bit of both!
