Can I use plastic fittings pex a ?

I have a question, i used putty on my 2 hole sink drains and i dont know how tight its supposed to be cause it just keeps tightening and it loosens up on its own. The putty also keeps leaking out the tighter i go since i put a lot. Let me know whats too tight or whats too loose. I can even still tighten it by hand since it never gets tight like say a nut and bolt would.

RedGard is pure junk.. use HydronBan or AquaDefense instead You can use a moisture proof Drywall as well... you don't need in using cement board

I did the HVAC for a house built out of that stuff and the insulating value was so good that it was able to use 2 ducted mini splits for the whole house. It was impressive, they probably pay less than 40 dollars a month on heating and cooling.

Awesome video, beautiful work. One thing that helped me when removing clips in risky locations is grasp the clip with a pair of vise grips semi tight then gently tap the clip with a rubber mallet. Thank you again!
