    I had a black 1995 V6 from 2007-2009. Got that car with 207k miles and sold it at 253k miles and it was still running strong. Great cars, really fun, wish I could get mine back.

      I totally feel you on that! I've had many a car that I wish I had never gotten rid of. Most recently, the 02 Cougar C2 V6 (check out the review!). The one from the time period
      you mentioned that I regret parting with would be my 1993 Nissan Maxima GXE (transmission died). hopefully, one day, you'll be able to find another Camaro like that. Not the same, I know, but it'll definitely feel good

      Thank you so much! 🥹 Unfortunately, grad school is killing me, otherwise I'd be putting more out lately, but earning an MA is brutal! I really appreciate the love and support! 🥹

    Sometimes they put another key bc the gas cap locks and unlocks

      I wound up checking it later and it turns out it was a backup key for the doors and rear hatch

    I put a reverse and dash cam floor lighting new headlights fogs on mine, I would love a dash cam monitor for dash cam in cd holder, steering controlls, and directional on mirrors beacouse it's easy to forget to turn directional off

      I'd get rid of console entirely if I could and put in a flat plexi piece so stuff would keep from falling between seats, eventually t tops, I paid about that for mine. I did head gasket, heater core radiator and pumps and hozess associated, she had 3 flushes I'm used to luxury not
      Flash. This car is so flashy, it drives by and people look.

      Today I'm having front brakes done. I fully expect to replace almost everything as it's so old but it's a classic.

      They are really good cars!! Unfortunately my back is so messed up that the ride height makes my back hurt like hell when I get in-and-out of that thing. My friend loves it though, and it's her daily driver now. We call it "Midnight"

    My experience with 3.4 is a pain i got a stick shift one, idk what i did wrong maybe a bad quality engine oil, my last ride i was street racing a Carrera and my engine blew up, i know i always pushed it so much but come on they are fun, anyways it's been sitting for years and thinking of a 3800 series 2 swap, it'll be cheaper than the LS1 swap specially with the insane prices of the T56, those are very fun cars

    • @normcoremotors
      @normcoremotors  2 роки тому +1

      Yeah, never doing a 3.4L again either. I'd go with the LS unless the 3800 Series II is cheaper. More reliable powertrains

      @@normcoremotors i found a couple of 3800 but without a pcm and 3800 wiring harness, and all of them came out of an automatic, and i got the T5 transmission, if you got any idea where i can get or program a pcm and and a stand alone harness, please let me know 🔥

      @@SalemMillion I'll do some digging around. Might be a while before I can reply, as I'm in grad school now with 4 classes this semester. But I will do everything I can☺

      @@normcoremotors thank you so much, you can take your time, Plus I'm still not ready, this means alot I'm from the Middle East and it's not like i can find all the parts I'm looking for here, in my city there's only 2 4th gen Camaro and I'm one of them, i know you guys in the US have them everywhere but here people take pictures of my Camaro, and some fancy places offer me the VIP parking space lol i just miss driving my Camaro, peace ✌🏼

    im replacing fule injectors on my 95 3.4 they gave me the wrong ones whats the right ones do i need

    • @normcoremotors
      @normcoremotors  2 роки тому

      So, after looking it up, I was able to find a list of injectors on Rock Auto. I use them for my parts 99% of the time, and have never had an issue. Here's the address:
      www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/chevrolet,1995,camaro,3.4l+v6,1035885,fuel+&+air,fuel+injector,6224
      These would be the right ones for a 3.4L. As for your other ones, I'd request a refund ASAP, and if that time has expired, then I would sell them on eBay. Hope this helps!

    I own one of the same year and engine, it's a convertible. There's only 2 keys. You have a random key thrown in there.

    • @normcoremotors

      I figured as much right after the review. Can't be too safe, especially with older cars that people like to modify, or if there was an issue, ya know? Thanks for the help!

    You really needed to drive to get the full experience of the car

    • @normcoremotors
      @normcoremotors  Рік тому

      Yeah, unfortunately money was a bit low at the time, but once my friend bought it , I did record a drive along, but the video file got corrupted 😔 She eventually decided to get rid of it, due to unforseen circumstances

      I didn't have that car for very long, but I was able to find these 2 instructionals: one on a site and one on UA-cam. Hopefully that will help out a bit!
