    Simple , Basic bjj. No Berimbolo, no flying blabla. Roger Gracie is humble , he is calm and polite knows hundreds of Technics but he uses only around 20 perfectly. This is a real champ.

      Yup! The guy was trying to show how much he knows... and Roger wasn't trying to show how little you need and how simple it can be. Very interesting to see a black belt be made like such a white belt lol

      @@andrewtregoning Judo is coming from Japanese jiujitsu. All we have in judo, karate, Aikido and Bjj is coming from the Japanese jiujitsu ( oldest fighting system of Japan and samurai)

      @@WowSTock he is. Roger has made world class black belts look like this for 20 years. Even after a long layoff, he worked buchecha pretty easily, who himself is considered also the goat.

    i watch this and it makes me think of several people claiming the gi is boring. Nah. Rulesets are boring. This here is jiujitsu of the highest level, beautiful to watch, and a lesson for any practitioner.

    One of my professors told me a story. He say Roger challenge 20 blackbelts 1vs1 consecutively. He dominated everyone with ease.

      I watched some Roger's tutorials on this and as you can clearly see on this video, he prefers to pass the hand without grips till the end of the neck first and just then do the grip.

    Great video. The size difference is massive here. I’d say the kid is 5’6 tops. That said, it’s a bit odd that as a black belt, he didn’t know how to pronounce his name properly. Even more odd was that he didn’t know what side to put his head as a post doing a cross collar choke you learn as a white belt. Maybe he was nervous?
