I know you said you would briefly explain things. I just want to comend the fact that even if it's brief you don't spare crucial details. Thank you, simple chokes with insane applications and transitions! Thank you Coach! Shout out to Tony as well!

Shows growth to acknowledge where you needed to grow not only publicly, but also personally.
      Thank you for your example.

It's the little details in these chokes that really make them work. I'll often times get the basic setup for these chokes but cannot get the tap because of little details lost along the way. Some folks say drilling is irrelevant, I find that with these chokes, drilling makes all the difference. Practice makes perfect.

Good video. I think the bow and arrow is also a very good submission for beginners because it gives an incentive to take the back and it's a very high percentage move.

Chewy, i dont have proper social medias to message you, but i hope that you will read my little paragraph, and perhaps respond. Thanks! Taylor
I'm blue, I usually tap all the whites and alot of the blues, competitive with purples and get waxed by the browns/blacks, which i think is exactly as the skill gaps should line up...but, my gym is filthy and my coach seems to be lacking commitment. The mats always have hair/stuff on them. Coach will occasionally blow them off with electric leaf blower, he never mops them. He usually dips out early after instructionals when the class is rolling, and he'll have someone else lock up. He'll roll once or twice with us,(he is amazing too, demolishes me with ease), but then he will sit and tiktok/Instagram. I'm thinking he should be watching the rolls and actually coaching, giving tips and advice. I love the Gi, but he offers only 2 gi classes per week, and instructionals are usually pretry basic, and a bit repetitive over the years. Sometimes the classes are only a couple of guys, sometimes just me.I like my coach and the guys at the gym but im wondering if i should start looking for greener pastures. I just dont feel as fullfilled as i would like. What do you think?
