- This is the trailer for TextureBlender, a set of node groups that will help you have fun while texturing because it's aim is to reduce give you the tools to blend materials, and combine effects easily.
The nodes are meant to be flexible for any workflow and integrate well with other tools you might use!
It also comes with a small addon called QP_Tools, that includes a smart system of packing PBR textures into a node group to clean up your noodles and speed up the iteration process.
It also has a script for linking nodes based on their suffix names. It will save you a lot of time from linking and unlinking all these inputs and outputs!

simply amazing! fantastic work, this will be a great help to the blender community!
Thanks so much ! It helped me tremendously in my daily work and I'm happy if it can also help my fellow Blenderers ! :D
hi, this add-on is great, would it be possible to add an option to add a custom texture into the "mask breakup" node? i know you can go into the node and change them manually but having this option would be great!
@@tombaxter3661 thanks a lot! I've been thinking about it. I don't know how to implement this yet.
Initially I would have loved to have a script to help people build their own, with their favorite maps etc. I need to investigate more if there's demand for that!
The best!
Très intéressant! Je vais regardé ça si ça peut faire gagner du temps merci
Does it come with the textures shown in the video?
It does not, these are from Megascans
Can this add on be used in blender 3.6?
Hi ! Unfortunately only part of it work.
All the node groups are functional (the Untiler gives slightly different result because the noise texture changed in 4.0).
But the decal projector and the QP_Tool addon don't work as Geometry node changed a lot since 3.6, and some of the Blender API changed in python so the addon is missing modules.
