    Hey just wanted to thank you guys for allowing me to build a quality, accurate and reliable rifle for a decent price. Unfortunately, alot of us don't have massive budgets but we still deserve quality. Once again thank you for providing a quality product to the average user.

    Question for Clint: The 6.5 Grendel is a commonly underappreciated cartridge. You produce 6 barrels in 4 different lengths, all in Stainless. Which is your favorite all around length? Also, why don't you have a non stainless offering?

    10.3 vs 11.3 for SBR or pistol. Which do you prefer for either setup.
    And cant wait to see the M-Lok offerings.

      The extra inch at those lengths from what I've seen makes quite a big difference in velocity for the .556 round. I'd go 11.3"

    • @GriffXJ

      11.3 gives you a little extra dwell time and better reliability

      If you’re not going to run a can 11.3” is the shortest you really want to go.

      The 12" aero precision handguards run long. Messing around on gunstruction, they look about perfect with a 13.7

    At 7:28, why Not the BA Hanson 625 223 Wylde Premium barrel?
    What BA barrel would recommend for a 26.5” or longer “Pistol” build? What M-Lok rail would you use with that barrel?
    Is there an Pistol “Arm Rest” you recommend? Thank you. Congrats on the new baby!

    Is your 1 MOA guarantee only good out to 100 yards ??
    Out of a Hanson 14.5 can I expect 1 MOA at 300 yards using Black Hills 5.56N 77g OTM? ?
    What is the avg life expectancy of a 12.3" Hanson (ball park figure . No full auto . Just normal usage with M193 and 77g OTM )??
    What Buffer weight do you guys recommend for the 12.3" Hanson when using a Can??
    Have you guys seen any valid diffrence between Melonite or Milspec Gas Tubes? ?
    Is drilling and pinning your gas block in place needed if the barrel is already dimpled? ?

    Hi Sarah! I'd like to know if there is a certain specific bolt, that you guys use to head space your barrels, and which bolt you recommend for my build. The receiver is a PA10 and I'm using the 20" 308 bull barrel.

    Speaking of barrel length, ANY chance you will QPQ coat your Fluted Hanson Series similar time the new “Black” Series? Any chance you would make a 13.7”(Supposedly The new “Hotness” Barrel Length)in the Fluted Hanson Series that is QPQ Coated?
    As I currently have one of each of your Fluted Hanson barrels chambered one 14.5” .223 Wylde & 18” 6.5 Grendel. I have a 3rd Aero M4E1 FDE Upper that im thinking needs one of your 16” mid length 6.5 Grendel spr profile 416r barrels. Only is have it cut down to 13.7” then pin a solgw nox on it to run my sandman k suppressor, to compliment my 18”6.5g. As I wanted to do a 12.5” 6.5 grendel but figured why not go with a 13.7” pin/weld and keep it a one stamp rifle vs trying up get a cheek weld on a SBa3 brace when I could go 13.7pinned snd use a stick w/a proper cheek weld such as the B5 Systems/BCM SOPMOD Stocks instead. As idk if the 13.7” is all it’s cracked up to be, but I love both my 14.5”& my 12.5” so figured I’m bound to be happy with splitting the difference and getting as short as I can while keeping it a one stamp rifle.

  • @johnviera3884
    @johnviera3884 4 роки тому

    At 2:14 If you pin and weld a muzzle device on it, how are you going to “throw a suppressor on it”? Ok so you got Aero Cash and you can afford a quick detach muzzle device, but now you’re locked into limited proprietary parts. That’s why the 14.5” barrel is a conundrum to me. C’mon ATF, nobody is running around risking their threads without a muzzle device, and a thread protector doesn’t look cool.

    If anyone can answer this someone told me the 11.3 inch hanson I'm considering. Advised the non stainless hanson is a pencil barrel which will heat up to fast and not a good option can anyone tell me if this is true and do they recommend hanson or government profile better for just in case rapid fire

    • @JoelCaseyJonesMusic
      @JoelCaseyJonesMusic 3 роки тому

      Go non-stainless hanson. The gov profile is not any thicker in the area where you would need it to make a real difference, but it does not have the benefits of harmonics the hanson profile does. Look into how the govt profile was decided upon... it’s the exact opposite of what you would want.
