Hi Nick, Marianne friends and family. Another day in paradise. Your friend Greg from meet the owner with the Rinker 232 captiva. Brave for going in the water not as warm as your last charter, a lovely lunch and a cruise down the coast into another marina with superyachts. What an awesome adventure. Epic video thanks 😊
Really enjoying watching a boat being used. First class crew, great to see what their working day involves. Very impressed with the reverse into the berth.
Good to see Nick actually getting to enjoy one of these things rather than just giving us a superb tour.
For real they should give him one see as though he’s the one who gives the people ideas of what they look like and intice them to buy
@@Venomstriker44He certainly convinced more people to buy boats than any sales man did with no rewards. He deserves at least some kind of support from the manufactures.
@@DejvmanXsindicate I agree
that was a tight squeeze, my testies went back up when you jumped in the water Nick. hope you and your family and friends had a great time certainly looks good.
Thank you Nick for part 2 of this nice Charter Cruise what you share with us they are nice toys those Seabob's I like that you show what the crew do when they prepare to dock or when the boat goos to anchor a great show thanks again
You're very welcome! 🙂
Pucker pucker pucker - can’t imagine reversing that super tanker
That reminds so much of my 1997 Squadron 65! But we never had more than 1 crew! Sailed all the Med, and brought it back to Florida, many Bahamas trips! It was quite amazing!
Congratulations to you!
Another fantastic day in paradise! Have a great time!
Thank you!
That was a brilliant bit of seamanship putting such a large boat into that very tight mooring in a cross wind no doubt, without those powerful thrusters it would've been impossible! Those toys were absolutely amazing and a "must have" extra on a charter boat, along with the famous "Williams " tender everything was just perfect! Hurry up with the next installment this is really exciting nick!
Glad you enjoyed it, final episode tomorrow! 🙂
@@AQUAHOLIC I will be at sea tomorrow but will watch out for it nick, it certainly surpasses "B4" nick!
Super yacht tents yep seen those before! Progress being done there!! 👍👍💪💪
Very cool and sporty video! Well deserved vacation
Thanks for vlogging this adventure like last time but what I would love to see on your channel is you to charter a sailing super yacht. That would be something for sure
Maybe one day!
@@AQUAHOLIC hopefully ;) hahaha
Fun in the sun . Enjoy your selves .
I see that you’re probably going to have to outfit Smuggler’s Blues 2 with a couple of Sea Bobs. 🤔😉👍🏻
Two of those would probably cost almost as much as Smuggler's! 😄
You do great cinematography, perfect videos!
Thank you very much!
Wondered how long it’d be before you used the sea bob, Nick. But by heck that’s the life isn’t it? Looking forward to day 3.
Coming soon!
Great video Nick. A lovely time every one is having. Would rather do this than go on a cruise ship. Would have thought you would have pointed out the makes of the yachts you passed, just to impress us all on your yacht knowledge. Enjoy mate.
so she says what if I drown? then jumps in without wearing a life preserver, Good thing she float's. 😆 enjoyed watching your fun.
Hello. Have a safe blessed day! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Well what can I say, living the dream there Nick 👍
My jaw literally dropped when I saw the space they intended to put the ship in. Very impressive indeed. I really hoped for an explanation of those ships with structures built around them. I've never seen that before. They build those around expensive yachts to protect them from weather during off season? Is that it? It looks like an extreme solution.
They are being maintained or refurbished - probably some paintwork going on.
@@AQUAHOLIC Ohhh. Cool. That makes sense. Very interesting.
I always wanted to know how those sea bobs worked you're showing this a lot of good stuff here
Too much fun guys, thanks for taking us with you! Nick what kind of sandwich was that? Looked like tuna.
Yes it was! Delicious.
Can't wait for part 3
Tuesday!
Adventure it really is..and you can really see and hear 9🤣😂😂🤣) just how much fun this was for you.. and for us watching on 😎✌🏻🍾
Glad you enjoyed it 🙂
Another great vid of fun and boating 👍❤️🇬🇧
Glad you enjoyed it 🙂
A taste of the very, very good life...
What a delight to see you and the family enjoy this Nick! No one more deserving! Any stats or prices for a similar charter?
Sure, here you go sunseekerluxurycharters.co.uk/
Port Adriano, that's where I made my boat license on a sunseeker
As they say ‘’bang tidy ‘’

Suberp ❤️
It looks like you enjoyed the water once in. What was the water temp?
Jealous wow! I have checked and rechecked…even though I am part of the Aquaholic family, my invitation must have been lost? Curious I have checked instagram, Facebook, UA-cam and nothing? Well there has to be a black sheep in every family! Nice to see you guys happy and having fun enjoying life!
We wondered why you didn't turn up... 🤔
I am available for next years trip. Just give me a call 😂
Does Marianne bring the Lyons tea bags on holiday.
The wood looks high maintenance! How often is it oiled?
Yes the teak wood is a high maintenance item…looks good if you take care of it, but that is frequent and takes effort. Gets ugly quickly if you neglect it.
Super 👍
👍 👍 👍 👏 👏 👏 😍😍😍عاااالیه دمتون گرم خوش باشید و یادی از مردمی بکنید که خوشی هایشان مرده است
Please tell me part three is coming!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Of course! Tuesday 🙂
@@AQUAHOLIC Yaaaaaaaaaaaaay!!!!!!!!!
Is registering a boat like that easy in the UK or do you need to undergo shenanigans like you do for a megayacht?
This boat is SSR registered, very simple and costs about £35 I think.
How much is a charter like that go for
Here you go: www.boats.co.uk/charters/
Another Great episode from Nick I Can say only one thing "" I wish I was on that Yacht "" But I em NOT anyway Big Thanks to Nick always Brilliant 👍👍👍🚤🚤🚤😎😎
Glad you enjoyed it 🙂
Great work Nick, putting yourself out there doing these difficult jobs so we don't have to! (Looks amazing!)
It's a dirty job, etc... 😄
Great video, reversing to the dock between the other boats is a real skill, would love to see a video on how the ropes are done for mooring up
Yes, same. I’d be very keen to understand exactly how the berthing is done. I know the basics but how you get the correct tension on the lines and then transfer that tension from the winch to the cleats is the art I think. That and making sure when you winch yourself in, you have the bow ground line set correctly so you don’t hit the quay wall or end up too far out for the passerelle to reach. Love when pro’s make it look so easy.
I'd like to know how it's done as well.
I’ve wondered the same myself. Watched a few videos that touched on it vaguely, but nothing definite so my understanding may be wrong. However, it seems that upon getting the boat into the berth, the idea is to get close enough to hook a couple (temporary) stern lines to the dock so the boat doesn’t drift back out of the slip. Then take the lazy-lines (the one the lady walked down the starboard side) and hook it to the bow, and do the same on the port side, taking most of the slack out of the lines. Next, reverse the boat another foot or so, which will put tension on the bow lines that were just attached. At which point you then remove and reattach those initial stern lines, tightly, also adding 2 additional stern lines in an X configuration to the dock. This creates 6 points of contact, minimizing movement in all directions… at least I think that’s how it’s done.
How do they get the bow line?
@@fordsandfamilyfiascos6535 boat hook I think
Awesome, that was some clever boat skills being shown there, big up to the skipper for that berthing. Brilliant video as well Nick, really got the feel of what the charter is like. Ps, offer still stands for camera work 👍👍👍
Thanks 👍 😄
I can’t think of anyone more deserving than you and your family and friends to enjoy the yachting experience!! I’m not even there and I’m enjoying myself! Thanks nick
Thank you so much!!
Fantastic video Nick, you all look to be having a great time and the 76 Yacht looks very impressive. The berth in Palma looked extremely tight and Kudos to the captain For some great docking skills especially in a cross wind!
Yes it was!
First
YES!
Talent.
I liked this before even watching it because I know it's gonna be good content!
Hope it lived up to expectations! 🙂
My goodness yes. You put us right in the fun. Thank you, Nick!
Really enjoying these. It would be great to know what it feels like now you’ve stayed on it rather than just toured it? Has your opinion on anything changed? What’s it like to wake up on?
It is FANTASTIC! 😃
This certainly isn't the first yacht Nick has chartered. Here is their charter trip from 2019. Part 1 - ua-cam.com/video/a2eZoMt_jLo/v-deo.html Part 2 - ua-cam.com/video/DwwUppo-HW4/v-deo.html Part 3 - ua-cam.com/video/uKmiXEg8O8k/v-deo.html
Looks like you and your family and friends had a blast enjoy your time on that beautiful yatch
That was another awesome video. The scene with the boat being reversed in was terrifying. Great skill to handle that.
Thank you very much!
Everyone else eating fancy plates of food.
Nick... well I've got my sandwich
Don't ever change sir
Purely magnificent!!! What great fun!!! I think this is definitely for me!!! Ps you are rocking the ham & cheese baguette! With marmite? Delicious! Thanks again for taking us with!!!! Have a great week everyone!
Thanks so much!!
Absolutely brilliant! I so enjoy your videos. Can’t wait for the next days cruising!
Coming soon!
Everyone looked so chilled and happy. What a treat.
Can you share the crew tipping etiquette & do you tip the captain? Asking for a friend, thank you!
Fan of your channel from the beginning. What a trip! And fantastic we can look over your shoulder to enjoy your adventures 😀
What a Lovely yacht
Greg pronouncing the water temperature to be "very British" reminds me of a line of his I'll never forget from one of your local videos. You'd anchored up in a scenic cove on a hot day and were waxing eloquent about how anyone could easily take it for a cove in the Med. And then Greg dove into the water and surfaced, barely managing to gasp from the cold "Not the Med! Not the Med! Not the Med!"
Hi Nick, interested to know whether your opinion on full flybridge boats have changed after this experience, you always seem to be on the flybridge!!! For example - Princess S66 (sports fly) or Princess F62
It depends what you want, the sports cruisers are faster, have a garage for the tender (so room for a jetski on the platform) and the sliding roof over the lower helm is nice. But there's no doubt a full flybridge gives a lot more space.
Loving another series of these Nick, thank you.
Shame the water wasn't very warm, but good to see you all making the most of it nonetheless.
"It'd take a lot of this to upset me..."
Glad you enjoyed it
Brilliant bit of seamanship reversing into Palma. I’ve often seen those sea-bob gizmos on your videos but never realised how nippy they were. They look like a blast and I can imagine having a whale of a time in a good snorkelling area with one.
They are awesome!
And the jealousy keeps ramping up!!🤭🤭 but not about the ham sandwiches!! The paella 🥘 certainly!! Can Paul Dock a 76foot yacht or wha!! (Irish idiom!!) It's lovely to see you all having such craic in the COLD water!!🌊🤭 Enjoy the rest of your wonderful cruise and I'll try to curb my jealousy!!🤭🤭
Oh, how the other half live, good old uTube...
I don't think Nick already said this time around, but he did mention it many times in their previous charter experience - for which: thanks a lot for sharing the utter joy and hapyness as well as the experience on that one as well, Nick (hope I'm writing the name right) - but...this is something everyone has to experience at least once.
It doesn't even have to be expensive. If you are 3 couples spending a 1.000€ each, you'll get a long way on a sailboat charter in the mediteranean for a whole week as well. Sailboats might look intimidatingly small on the inside at first, but you'll quickly notice that isn't an issue at all, cause you'll be living on deck the mayority of the time anyway.
An absolute must do, can't recommend enough.
Lovely series...enjoying it tremendously, thanks again for sharing and enojy the many small lovely, delightfull and delicious restaurants in the old upper part of Palma.
You're very welcome! 🙂
Nice to see Marmite on hand too.
It's when the cold water starts creeping between the wetsuit and your skin that is the worst part.
But then, all of a sudden, you find you need to pee... and things get better!
This video (and, course, part 1) gives me such happy vibes. In a world full of doom and gloom, this is truly marvelous.
Brilliant video, the size of the skippers plums on that last berthing maneuver have to be admired! 😅
🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Loving it NIck. My favorite type of videos because we can see what having a boat like this ia all about. x
It's nice to show how these boats actually operate.
Being agoraphobic myself, I really enjoy watching your videos. They make me smile watching you and you family having so much fun. Thank you Nick
Hi Nick, thoroughly enjoyed your video, you are blessed to have such a wonderful family and friends and so good to see you relaxing on a boat with all that brings instead of working. It all looks so easy when we see one of your tours but i’m sure it is the cumulating of a lot of planning and hard work. One other thing i would like to ask you, when stern docking like you do, how do you pick up the bow mooring lines, thank-you.
Golden memories sir 💪👍
I live in the Philippines and the boats are bankas, all shapes and sizes. Visit the Philippines and check them out. Love the vlogs.
Maybe one day 🙂
Nick, would I be correct in saying, like Alf Garnet, you don't like foreign food that's been mucked about? 😂
Big Fan, Love the Show!
You can't be too careful..! 😳
@@AQUAHOLIC My good ol' dad was the same (even though I am older than you!).
He would struggle with any of that. Me however, took a different path when much, much younger. Now, the only thing I can't touch, is Bananas! Go figure.
Thanks for all the videos, Big Fan, Love the show!!! ❤️😂
What a joy! How strong was the desire to tour all those superyachts, Nick? :D
😄
SPECTACULAR!
Just chilling and watching you chilling was kind of the best part... but then watching Cap birth was absolutely impressive. I suddenly understnad why I need crew. :D
Thak you NICK! :D
Glad you enjoyed it!
Holy cow!! What a birthing Captain!! NICE JOB!! 👍👍👊👊 Smooth as butter!!! 👍👍💪💪
I keep wondering where all the shoes go,, in the shoe wicker basket of course silly 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
What a great life !
hope at the end you do a price breakdown of what a charter like that costs and what exactly is included or excluded.
certainly looks like you're all having fun
Nick, do you have issues with food? What do you eat apart from sandwiches?
Momentos maravillosos Nick la familia los amigos lo mejor bendiciones
Very impressive reverse park.
Great to see a Sunseeker yacht in full action. So different from the usual static presentation, a very different view of how this machine actually operates.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Thanks for covering the tender launch, makes life so easy to use a tender when it’s that simple, often mentioned on videos but not often seen in action, especially in anchorages rather than the calm of a marina where they are often shown. Just all looks spectacular and was impressed how well the 76 yacht handled the sea state faced when leaving Port Adriano. Bravo on braving the cold water, the plus to doing so was you looked to be having great fun with the sea bobs! Big Kudos to the skipper for that berthing in Palma.
Is your wife from Ireland 🇮🇪 Nick? I only ask because I’m an Irish man myself and I’ve been binge watching your vids all day
Yes she is 🙂
Another great charter video, I would love to see a video of the stern to berthing showing how the bow lines go out. Thanks Nick
The weather looks as though it could of been a bit warmer .glad you enjoyed it though
Good Morning Nick
Brilliant video sir. What a fabulous way to share time with loved ones. It seems to me that when given the opportunity to be onboard a boat with a fly bridge one always gravitate to that spot. Perhaps because of the wind and sea one does so to stay dry and a bit more comfortable. At any rate, it does appear that it is a well used part of the entertaining spaces.
What are your thoughts Nick?
Yes, agreed, we were up there the most.
I need this in my life so so much.. Yatch experince.😪😪
Now Nick you know there is no crime and being young Even though Mary's son has a ton of hair
Absolutely fantastic content Nick. Thank you for sharing this charter with us..... It's what yacht life is about! Beautiful surroundings..... Majestic! What an awesome experience!!! Love it!!
Keep up the great work Nick 🙏😁👍👌
Thank you! 🙂
That was an excellent day wetsuits were a bonus & everybody happy what more can you ask for.
Enjoy.
The veneral game of will it fit but you're playing with yachts this time
Since you have a skipper's licens will they let you take the tender out by yourself without one of the crew there with you?
When it's a couple operating the boat those 2 way radios are called marriage savers
On camera this yacht looks a lot smaller from the dock than it does when you are filming on board.
