Princess is the rolls Royce of yachts. The quality and fit and finish is impeccable. Extraordinarily lovely piece of kit!

I always wondered what it must feels like traveling around on a yacht like this. I imagine it makes you feel like a billion dollars.....similar to the feeling of being on a private jet. The experience alone is probably a memory for a life time. You are 1 lucky bastard!

Finally, after all of the luxury yacht walkthroughs, someone had the brilliant idea to show a yacht underway from the helm with a professional captain. Not just that he also gave us views from the cabin and we could have a better in-depth experience. Kudos to AQUAHOLIC you have accomplished something that I believe no other channel has. Well done mate and thank you and by the way would we be able to see more because it was quite enjoyable?

Now your talking! The new Y85 is a beautiful yacht indeed. I really like the people at Princess, from concept & design (great patience is their super power) to the QC/QA men and women all over the world. A brilliant way to start your 2021 season! Most people only see a yacht at rest or running at 5Kt which is much quieter than once underway. As we say in the colonies “Bloody good show Ron...”
Watched this video ( part 1 and 2) in the cinema in the basement....enjoyed every minute of it, also nice hearing the engines (turbo's) ... That's part of the fun...
The helmsman was very polite and good in his answers, easy to understand way to explain what was happening and how things worked

I keep trying to find a "new favorite" yacht when watching this channel, yet every time I see the Y85 it shoots right back up to my #1. It is simply perfect.
I can't decide if my favorite is this or the new Nordhavn N80.

I spent 6 years going to sea in naval craft, from training tenders up to destroyers - there is nothing quite like an accelerating high pitched whine of turbo diesels, or the 25K HP gas turbines.
That turbo whistle and hum sent shivers down my spine, right down memory lane. Thanks for the great content!

As much as I love the walk through tours at dock, this is the real deal. No knick knacks. No profusion of throw pillows. We can see readily enough how luxurious and sexy she is without all that. Getting to see performance, and having a go at the helm station. *That* puts us in the head of the potential owner of this machine, not his or her taste in vases. Princess kicks ass, not only for their down to earth people, but for their seaworthiness, and letting us really see that. The port and starboard sides of the boat are very well protected, and it got nice and quiet when they closed the sliding glass, which is at the stern, where it belongs, IMO. Thanks, Nick, for bringing us this.
Will never get bored of watching the wash out the back...

I remember when you were walking around a harbour in Majorca Spain, and you were walking along where all the boats were parked. I was on holiday in one of those boats at the time. And when I watched your video a few days later, I got so excited that my boat was in one of your videos.

@@JJ-fromDK Yes they didn't really seem to get beyond the Town Quay and there's Bodinnick ferry and the china clay ship berths just a bit further up river, perhaps a weekender for Smugglers Blues later in the year

Captain's Log: Just approaching Fowey. Everything going well. Counter to our assumptions, Nick hasn't been annoying at all.
If I had a yacht I would take Nick with me on vacation and I would send him ahead to every sight we visit and have him give me a guided tour when we got there.

The minute princess announced this yacht before one was built with computer imaging I new instantly it will be one of the most beautiful yachts ever made under 100feet! Just had to wait 9 months to see a walkthrough at dussuldorf! What a stunning machine! #number1princess! Forget the rest!

A year ago my pub shut down because of covid, i discovered your channel and got very much inspired.
After suffering a burglary on the first night and losing half my pubs stock i decided to turn into batman and 6 weeks later i found the burglar, broke his nose and felt a sense of relief I'd never felt before.
After that i found myself sat in an empty pub thinking "what do i do now" and after a couple of drinks i come accross your channel and was just hooked with wanting this life.
The big trend at the time was facemasks so i spent the only couple of grand i had on some sewing machines and turned the pub into a small sweatshop creating facemasks to survive, it worked and it helped to save the pub get through this time but then that went flat, by the time i got started and sold the masks i had two good months before the market was really flooded with masks and it was over, back to square one.
Since then I've made a couple of online businesses that went nowhere but i took it as a big learning curve, took my mistakes and now I'm on course in my belief to actually own some property and my own princess .
I keep watching your videos for inspiration, i just want it, i want it badly.

I had this on headphones - just to immerse myself in the sounds you were getting and once those saloon doors were closed - nothing, the soundproofing is excellent. There was a barely perceptible hum from the cabin head you went into but that’s all.
Out on deck though is a different story, those engines at full chat were glorious as was the noise from displacing all that sea. Thank you for sharing this experience.

The effort you make with video to show off these boats is absolutely awesome. Lol I always felt like yachts like these are like exotic sports cars. They introduce themselves and the buyer already knows what they're looking for.

Great Vlog and beautiful boat 🚢 👍! Love seeing these under power and being able to see how the wake breaks along the boat and how it sounds under load! Surprisingly quiet by the exhaust not only idling but at speed as well. Pretty quiet inside as well but I think I would add some spray sound deadening and acoustic membrane in the engine room to make it even better and get rid of the slight drone in the master cabin and bathroom! Good hull design that doesn't cause a lot of wave "slapping" along the sides. Impressive yacht! Hope we see a lot more of you doing yachts out on the water!
