Since Social Security is such an issue, and does involve me, I want to know why Congress hasn't repaid the Social Security Trust fund the 1.37 trillion that President Bush used for the Gulf War and elite's income tax cuts. He had no right to take from this fund, he used this fund illegally. Congress need to repay this fund or be found and charged with contempt by the American public.

Since one can never be sure how long they will live, an annuity plan is a true retirement plan. Just as term policies are purchased to protect against early death, an annuity plan does the same.
Let's assume this will enrage some of you, but at least you'll know. Here's the thing: some people hire *Leah* *Foster* *Alderman* and co. as professional consultants, and from what we've discussed, many of them hire people like her to help them figure out how to move forward with their lives. Here is another thing I’m on SSDI as a survivor under a parent.. the benefits he paid in I get because I was born disabled and my father is deceased…. Now upon my full retirement age it becomes a ss retirement benefit for me.. the amount doesn’t change just the name.. now can a survivor draw a higher benefit ? Yes because I do get over the federal poverty level..programs like snap and Medicaid I don’t qualify.. I also pay into Medicare and have been for the last 23 years.. but I won’t be 60 until next year…. A adult disabled dependent can draw up to 75% of what that parent paid in if the parent is deceased..
I started on disability when I was 59. When I turned 67 the SSA automatically reclassified me as retired instead of disabled. They may do the same for you, but I would call your nearest Social Security office to be sure. They may make you actually file for it, but you can plan ahead and be ready for it. Good luck.
