      +Carol B Thanks Carol! It's much easier doing it this way on a stamper than on nail or a mat and applying as a decal. I think you will like it.

      +lainyjane It really is so much easier and quicker than doing directly on nails or on a mat. Give it a try.

    I’ve tried water marbling many times with no results until recently ( determined not to be defeated ) result BUT soooo messy right! I do reverse stamping but I just love what you do in this tutorial. Great way to do it and perhaps you could put a layer of base coat down then what’s left on the mate can be peeled off and used to with a more water colour effect. You get 2 for 1! Thank you for sharing.💅🏻💐

    This is way harder than you both make it look!! My first few attempts have been disastrous, I can't even get it on the stamp properly! 😱 Oh Well, this is one I'll have to try hundreds of times before I can get it. 😜😜 The finished mani is so beautiful! TFS --- Patrice

      +SuperDancer1203 Are you using a sticky, fairly flat, non-clear stamper? I found that was the key for me. I tried a lot of different stampers lol.

    Love watching ur videos and learning and getting ideas on diff designs. I do my own nails cuz I dont like ppl touching me so ur videos really help a lot learning g different ways to do nails. I tried ti make water marble stickers I think they turned out good but how would u suggest making them.

      That's good to hear! I rarely make watermarble decals because I prefer dipping, but when I do, I let them dry in the container for an hour or so and then apply as decals.

      @@KyongLee do have any advise for beginners with what polishes work best for the marbling water and drip both?

    • @KyongLee
      @KyongLee  5 років тому

      For drip marbles, almost any polish will work, maybe not chunky glitters. For watermarbling you want thinner, newer formulas. When polishes get thick, they have trouble spreading in the water. Jellies like the OPI Color Paints and Hit the Bottle Jelly Shots work great. Creme finishes are generally good too. Sinful Colors is a good cheap brand to try. Also, the Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear line is good for watermarbling. Their white, black and red particularly.

    Once this is dried on the stampers, can't you peel it up an use it like a decal so you can "choose" the pattern?

    • @KyongLee
      @KyongLee  6 років тому

      +Sherri Felix I'm sure you can.

    Why can’t you use a clear stamper ? Diana. ( I’m not Isaiah , he’s my Grandson . I have no idea how his name got on here lol)

    • @KyongLee
      @KyongLee  5 років тому

      I have been successful using clear stampers since this video. The clear stampers aren't as flat as the Creative Shop space stampers so the design distorts a bit more but they do work.
