Repotting is my favorite plant chore. The most work, and the most mess, but it’s so much fun.

Repotting: where dirt and joy collide in a beautiful (albeit messy) dance! Just remember, if you’re not covered in soil, are you really doing it right?

I repot year round because I never do it before it becomes emergent. Lots of planty shame over here. Love your videos. Keep it up!

Would you be open to letting the pothos climb the wall? I enjoy the bigger leaves when I let mine climb. Everything is looking lovely in the new space❤

I repot year round. And I tend to just keep a big bucket of soil mix around, like yours, so I can quickly repot small plants in like 2 minutes flat. It would be too much to leave everything until spring/summer.
Heyyyy happy 40! I’m joining you in November!

Repotting in 2 minutes flat? You must be the Usain Bolt of plant parents! I’m impressed!

To answer your question about being tired after repotting the answer is yes, but I am tired after all my plant chores. They usually take anywhere from 90 minutes to 6 hours. It can be exhausting, but it’s a good exhaustion. 40 is not old wait until you hit 55. 😊

It sounds like you really put in the effort with your plant chores! It's amazing how rewarding that good exhaustion can feel after caring for our green friends. And I totally agree, 40 is just the beginning of many great adventures!

Hoyas are my hobby and repotting is a rarity, with hoyas able to grow to immense size in the tiniest of pots. Maybe 2 or 3 this year, out of 94.

It's amazing how resilient hoyas can be! Sounds like you have quite the collection going on. How do you keep track of all 94?

I had to repot my 2 Thai Constellations about 3 times this summer lol. But to be fair, i cut off all the soil roots and rerooted them in perlite, then when they had roots i repotted into PON. Then they exploded with roots and I had to upsize the pots 😆. Roots are still goim crazy but i think im gonna chill now

Wow, it sounds like you've been on quite the journey with your Thai Constellations! It's amazing how resilient plants can be, and it seems like you've really mastered the art of repotting. Enjoy the fruits of your labor!

I repot all year when necessary. My home is warm and less likely, my plants to go dormant.🪴
