Pain in the buttocks and down the leg generally indicates a radiating pain. So typically it is due to some irritation of the nerves which are coming from the spine and supplying the lower limbs. The commonest reasons is the disc related issue. So if there are other causes of sciatica also it will be of a disc related issue. To evaluate whether there is a radiating pain, it s related to a particular pain, it is better to consult a doctor to see how much is the severity of it , whether it requires any further investigative modalities for other reason of the pain. Once the reason for the pain is identified, we can devise a plan. The most common is a disc related issue . In these cases 95% of the cases, we can do all these cases in conservative methods in very few cases might require surgical treatment.

Past two months I also have pain in entire right leg sometimes when I exercise it gets okay for some time
My pelvis shifted from bending over tying my shoes.
I had to get adjusted and now im having alot of tightness and soreness in this area . The sciatica went away after the adjustment. But still got discomfort the chiropractor didnt really release the muscles with a message gun. Which i know they are supposed to if im not mistaken

Buttock pain warm feeling worst after dialysis please help
Hi sir,past 2yr I m suffered buttock pain and single side sweeling also....I tried so many hospital but they doesn't diagnosis properly,2times took MRI but the result was No problem in buttock.but Single side sweeling continued and paining sometime getting too high...Any solution for this.

yes.But doctor to kuch bolte hi nahi hai bas kuch medicines likh diya physiotherapist k pass gayi electro therapy or exercise karwaya or abhi me khud ghar me bhi exercises karti hu fir bhi raat din dard hota reheta hai samjh nahi aaa raha kya karu .MRI me aya ki mujhe mild scoliosis hai 6 months phele me siri se gir gayi thi or bas abhi mujhe humesha pain hota reheta hai .
Sir 1 hafte phele paracetamol IM Injection karvaya left buttock mai ..usstym mjhe bleeding kafi hue injection kai baad mjhe left leg mai pain radiate horhe hai injection site p thore bht swelling and hard jaise ball hai..sir aap mjhe suggest kare gai ye injection fail tou nhi hua hai
