Great review. I think you may be the first reviewer who pointed out that you can just use the hard button to open/close the top as well. That was a huge concern of mine as I really don’t like the idea If having to slide and hold a screen, especially if still operating the top when setting off from a traffic light for instance. Glad to hear we aren’t tethered to the screen!

I appreciate your quick response and thorough review! I had the hard top before and am a bit concerned about the longevity and durability of the soft top. A recent battery drain issue is present with the key fob, are you aware of this? Thanks and looking forward to more content from you.

Looks and comfort. Not necessarily looking for the big exhaust noise or huge speed. Have dreamed of an SL since I was a kid.

Either of the sl's will fit the bill. Also The m850 rides well too. The 911 while still good is the most sporty out of all of them.

This is a beautiful car.
But I find it hard to see how they could justify the expense of developing a whole new car that appears to simply be competing with a car they already manufacture 🤔
Why didn't they just fit softer dampers to a convertible AMG GT.
Then call it the AMG SL?
Or am i missing something?
And i can't see the point of two tiny pretty much useless rear seats
