I highly recommend Ann's channel Filipina Wanderer. Ann also delivers flowers, chocolates and almost anything else on the island of Cebu. She is an excellent person to know.
It's a simple recipe, shower, brush your teeth, dress nice, (not in old oversized t-shirts and cargo pants) keep yourself fit, clean, neat, haircut, well groom, shave well, fresh breath, apply deodorant, wear a mild cologne, don't flash, let them talk, take your time to get to know them as friends, don't rush, you will pick the right one, remember that how you carry yourself will also attract decent right women.
@@KKMDStyle Not really, because asian men has basically no body hair and less beard, caucasian tends to have a lot of body hair and sweat glands are different, ask Filipinas and this is their complaint, caucasians smells a lot when not having good proper hygiene.

I recognise 3 of the 4 Filipina UA-camrs. It's weird how they all know each other and all have similar channels, and there are many more like them. Everyone talks about foreign - Filipina relationships, age gaps, and a little 'spicy talk'. It would be nice if they covered more topics. Interracial age gap relationship talk gets old and same-samey...
Btw, I'd be surprised if you were single for long, Alex, as you seem to have no difficulty talking with so many ladies and making them laugh. Lots of them must be interested.

Alex Hi I'm a subscriber about to retire in South East Asia (Thailand or Philippines) in 3 to 4 months. Alex i saw properties called CityHomes Minglanilla in Cebu where Foreigners can Own without a Filipina wife or girlfriend. They look like Townhouses but they are under Condo Title. CCT condominium certificate of title Can you do a video of this area or this project?
Awesome! Enjoy your retirement. I would be against owning any property in the Philippines at the moment. Based on literally thousands of interviews, there are more downsides than upsides. Thank you for the suggestion for the video, but I will not make a video on it as it is a considerable amount of work on my end and little interest for my core audience
