Dropped in 600w 12", and the stock jbl system is great, dosent bother me. Did you get any DTCs (specifically P0420) after that cat went in / o2 sensor?

Wrap that piece of pipe with some exhaust tape to give it a little cushion. Might take away the knock.

I haven't had it dyno'd. Toyota says 247 at flywheel with the stock pulley. I have a 5.5psi pulley

Yes, but it's supposed to be fine on a completely stock engine with the 4psi pulley
