This mechanic is real mechanic. Any other mechanics will not deal to change or diagnose the bearing problem. They will replace whole part . This guy is good mechanic . Thank you sir.
Hi Francisco. How you doing? I have 2020 Freightliner Cascadia. When it reaches 60mph it is shaking. Once oil came out from axel seals. I replaced them. Took it to mechanic. He replaced axel inlet and outlet bearings , carrier bearing, bushings, did axel alignment and balance. I did test drive truck was still shaking after 60mph. Then I did drive line balance but it is still shaking. What do you think problem is?
I think I have this problem. I've been having trouble determining where the noise is coming from. I've replaced driveshafts, leveling valve, clutch and transmission and still get noise/vibration when accelerating in higher gears
Very informative, it looks like a failure due to a complete lack of maintenance, no reason why differentials should not go over 1 million miles minimum with proper maintenance.

My inter axle diff got stuck on the lock position even though that it was in unlock position in the dash. Didn't make it 2 weeks until it destroyed everything inside.
@@Bigola Try moving the truck forward to a flat ground and lock it then unlock again. I used to work delivering pups to residential homes and churches. A lot of it involve being on dirt and uneven ground surfaces so I did use it a lot when I delivered. One time I caught that it was still engaged on a different truck when I was on the interstate and I saw my 2nd axle temps were higher than normal, like 50 degrees above normal. I pulled over and lock it and unlocked it again. Started driving and they went back down in a few minutes. If you have axle temps gauges you could keep an eye on that. I remembering costing around $2-3k for that repair because my differential was completely destroyed and that was a used one because they couldn’t get a new one anywhere at the time. Good luck.

I move forward then back again and it happened again. All of a sudden it showed dashes instead of gears. So I had a hard time bringing it back to neutral. What can that be?
Hi I have international prostar 2016 16 speed+R& L I hear click noise when shifting only 9 to 11th gear. Other all gear shifts good and now start noise like abusing when speed going to 90km/h to 100km/h Thanks

What about bearing racer inside of this cover ? Bearing racer must spinning ? Or not ?
When you do this repair is there any back lash that needs to be adjusted or just put the cover back on?

The problem is in transmission. The bearing inside the transmission is loose

I just got the problem today. The button is unlock position but the light indicator is on

My 2020 cascadia had the same problem. 400k miles on it. Utah freightliner dealer replaced whole 1st axel differential assembly.

Seems like there is clutch malfuntion or there was a internal transmission fail

This problem has happen to me to a freightliner 2021 and the mechanic from the dealership of the truck is saying their has to be a differential repair
The tool to remove and install piston is very expensive, the old style was alot quicker replace
