What I love about you Poppy, is that it is blatantly obvious that you care about people. It clearly shines thru that you’re not just doing this for the money. I was confused when you spoke about ‘language teacher’ and mentioned that you only need a certificate in your own language. You had me scratching me head on this one. 🤔 ! Could you enlighten me further? I would have thought that you would at least have to know the native language of your students, no?

Hey Brian, not necessary at all. When I was at school I learned English through a mix of Philippinos, American teachers who couldn't speak Thai. I'd also say that if your student knows English well then that can then be used as a language you both communicate and teaches the other language. So many possibilities!

I who has been in the front end of construction. Man I can't rely on my physical labor forever. I should learn something just incase.
Also me: What and how? I'm so lost on how this works. Where do I start? Sounds like a lot of training and money.

My current AirBnb guest is a doctor. Looking at the hours he puts in, I can honestly say that I have HUGE respect for people in this profession. It's not an easy one due to the nature of the job but I had come across this page, you might find it helpful lookforzebras.com/7-best-remote-jobs-for-doctors.

    Hi Poppy
Naman, don't you think that WFH is soon going to be a menace for employees currently serving in full spirit from home.
As employers are going to realise that they can get the same job done by someone sitting in India, 🇨🇿, or 🇧🇩., at fraction of cost than sumone here in the UK.
Are we digging our own grave, would love to hear ur perspective po...🙏
My deliverables and engagement towards my work has increased by many folds while i work from home..
but i am.really worried due to this fear of loosing my job, just because someone sitting milesaway in the south asia can do it for few thousands pesos or Ruppee ...🧐🙄🤔

I mean there are many things in play. Some companies would prefer recruiting people from the same country, less complication in terms of payroll, culture, work ethics and time difference wise. However, there will be some that go screw that and they'll just go for cheapest available option in terms of labour. It is definitely a risk to those living in countries with higher cost of living for sure but it heavily depends on what you do, not every job is going to be threaten the same way. And I do love the idea that I can be wherever I want, whenever I want and still able to fulfil my current responsibility at work.

Po pls make a video on recent changes by Home Office policies. That they can take your 🇬🇧passport any point in time...
      1. is this true?
      2. Is it applicable to everyone?
      3. What to do in such a case? like seek legal support or stay 🤐 and accept it as fate🙄🤔
