Many, many years ago I read a book about the Pike's Peak Gold Rush that explained that the people who made the most money weren't the prospectors, but those who sold the shovels and other prospecting supplies. Maybe DeMarco read the same book? 😁

I'm really enjoying hosting. So far we have been getting a lot of long stayers, a week up to a month which is great because it's less work for us having to set the room up. And these people have been nothing but respectful.
