I know the focus of the channel is the recipes and the cooking itself, but perhaps a small series on cooking tools and techniques would be nice. As a cooking novice living in the west many of the cooking tools, like the cool grill used in this video, or even basic techniques like how to properly wash and cook rice, are lost on me at times.
Thank you for your wonderful advice! The videos you have made about the cooking utensils we use and the basic techniques of Japanese cooking are really good. We would definitely like to incorporate them into our video schedule.
