Thanks for the memories of what it was like to learn FA Off. I've been 100% FA Off for a couple years now. Almost all of my time in game.
I can only dream of that goal at the moment ! Haha .. determined to see it through though .. any tips ??
Not enough cmdrs take the time to master there craft. It makes the game so much more engaging making all the fairly simple tasks or missions enjoyable because it’s a challenge. I took the time to master it and I’m so glad I did. Good luck cmdr 👍🏽

@@silentangst7742 good stuff, yeah I’ve been 100% fa off for donkeys years now. I learned on hotas but use mouse and the Razor Tartarus game pad now (cross between a controller and keyboard with analog buttons) Lots of videos on my channel to check out and I have also started streaming if you wanted to drop in and ask any questions 👍🏽

@@silentangst7742 - Thanks for the offer.. sound's fun. Unfortunately, I live in eastern Australia, so there's a good chance our timezone differences wouldn't work.. also, there might be too much lag from my end, for it to go well.
Fortunately, a coworker also plays ED, so we plan to wing up and learn together.
But as I think on it, it might be worth seeing if it can work out.. Diziet has sent you a friend request.

So with flight assist off is classic Newtonian physics, a body in motion, stays in motion unless acted upon by an opposing force.
Been playing since 2014. I find the best way to fly, after learning f/a off, is to switch between f/a on and off.
Thanks .. i use Fa off for power turns in combat . Trying to get to the stage where it benefits me to fly FA off all the time ! Heres hopin !
