Great discussion. While racism exists everywhere (even in seemingly mono-ethnic cultures) it is definitely more pervasive in countries that were former colonialists as opposed to plaecs like Russia, China, Asia, and the Middle East. Being a mixed person myself I can whole heartedly say that the weight rascism is considerably lightened having lived in or traveled to the aforementioned regions. So I encourage you both to go and experience the rest of the world ,
