I usually double check my cables before blaming monitors, you probably already did that but if you didn’t sometimes those are the weak points so helpful to try another cable. With HDMI I always try to have tons of redundancy on set.
Love the content. I love how you balance using budget friendly tools that are still decent quality. You can usually get a far way without going all the way to the top of the line. I’m looking at you Small HD and Terradek lol 😂
Thanks! I think there is a time and place for those tools and when we need them, we can rent them. These budget tools are good enough to get a good job done for our clients.
Nice video. I have two gens of the Accsoon, the one you have (cineview HE) as well as the previous model, the Cineeye 2 pro and have nothing but high praise for both. Hope to eventually get the cineview 2. But I did w Experience a job one where the quality felt like 720p hd and could not explain it. I usually have the quality set to middle and have been happy with it but I started using the high quality setting after that experience. I also made sure I was on the latest firmware after that experience and have not seen the low quality scenario since…good job. Subscribed.
Sorry, maybe I was unclear. What I meant by sound better was that the "after sound" sounded better than the "before sound". Camera with external mic sounded better than the camera without the external mic.
@@videopromikeTrue! It does sound better than the onboard. Onboard is usually scratch audio for syncing proposes. But even if the external mic is pro, camera’s preamps are usually really bad. A work around for that is to use an external recorder then connect it to the camera. The audio will sound better with the external recorders preamps and by connecting it, it’ll sync with your video. But again, this all depends on the clients.
I noticed that watching the video on the phone with it's speakers changes the levels. Maybe its bringing the levels up because if you hear it with headphones or earbuds on, you'll notice a difference.
@@videopromike I was Listening in Beyerdynamic Headphones true audio card. Even if I bring levels on camera sound higher it still sounds MUCH cleaner and with less noise. In your example I can much easier make good quality voice from camera mic. Even after youtube compression. You should comparing either from even further distance, to benefit external mic, or just be honest with your ears.🙂Not always buying new thing makes an improvement, even if its RODE😂

Definitely need a B&H story now.
😁

Thanks for that info. Gonna update the firmware and check the quality setting. As you can tell, I don't read the manual 😅
Cool vid. But please don’t mistake loudness for better sound. They both lack lows, high mids and highs.

Watching now but wanted first comment :)
🤣
Honestly camera sound was cleaner.
