    Started with kefir strawberry chia pudding for breakfast 3 days ago. 3 tablespoons of chia seeds to 6 oz of strawberry kefir. Added a 2nd serving of this on day two in between breakfast and dinner for a total of 30 grams of chia fiber a day. Don't understand why I suddenly dropped 5 pounds in only 3 days. Could it be all of the fiber? I am amazed.

    I had been gluten intolerant for 25 years. Long before it became popular. I had a severe case. In the last 6 months the gluten intolerance has reversed and I can now eat gluten. The only thing I did different with my diet was add chia seed. I have 2 tbsps chia with 2 tbsp. oatmeal soaked in cashew milk for 30 minutes twice a day. I don't understand it, but the gluten intolerance is gone.

    Hi,
    Should we wash chia seeds (non organic) with water before adding to lemon or other food?

  • @return2earthvideochannel
    @return2earthvideochannel 2 роки тому +3

    Tip: If your budget allows, always purchase Certified Organic chia seeds - they are for human consumption. Non-Organic seeds may be for animal feed. The best quality and most nutritious seeds are grown in Mexico at High Altitude. Unfortunately your usual supplier is unlikely to know that.

    The article is in regards to sabja seeds, a Basil seed, not Chia. The test group only consisted of 20 people.
    I'm not saying Chia seeds don't have amazing health benefits, but if you choose to mention a study, make sure the study is about your subject matter. Please. :)

    Chia seeds are the ultimate weight-loss companion! Thanks to their ability to absorb liquid and expand in the stomach, they promote a feeling of fullness and satiety, which helps curb cravings and reduce overall calorie intake. Incorporating them into my meals has made sticking to my weight-loss goals easier than ever!

    Excellent factual overview of chia seeds. My only crtiticism is the presenter talks way too fast! Slow down, no rush. The presenter knows what she is about to say but the listener does NOT - we need to absorb each word comfortably and understand the overall message. Public speaking is an important art form and should be taught in school along with how to pronounce words correctly.
