I love the Moro Arc and truly think that the Goku Black arc might’ve been more interesting to see through the manga storyline. It just comes down to how we all view the events in the DB Universe, and everyone is different, which makes for great discussions.
@@nameksrule1038 I agree with that cause having watched the anime and read the manga with the BOG arc, RF arc, U6 Tournament arc and Goku Black arcs were better in the manga but the TOP arc was leagues better in the anime but the manga version did have good points. The Moro arc and granolah arc so far are my favorite in DBS and I really can't wait to see them animated
Most JoJo fans I’ve ran into are actually really chill and are fun to talk to but there’s about a 30% minority of the fan base that is absolutely batshit insane. With that being said tho it’s fan base is nowhere near as bad as the AOT, MHA, and Naruto fan bases.

Yeah they did resurrect him, only to have him die again. But he did so much in the war, like he was the main reason they won at all. And his last moments with Sasuke were so emotional. As someone who has been a fan of Bleach since it was coming out weekly, I find it very understandable that Bleach fans would act crazy after the anime was announced. Not justified, but understandable.
I mean what do people expect from a fanbase that for YEARS have been looked down on by the anime community. Of course they're going to point back at the ones that made fun of them constantly for the anime being canceled. I don't think it's right, but as a fan I do get it.

As a One Piece fan I apologize on behalf of the community lol. Some fans treat it as the greatest thing since sliced bread, but it's not - it is genuinely good and probably just incredible for how many story pieces it connects smoothly, but not every second of it is amazing ( _I've tried to watch Sky Island arc 4x and I cannot get through the whole thing again_ )
Proof of this is that if the beginning wasn't so "slow" more people would ease into it better.

Certain arcs resonate with people differently. My first time on Skypea was a slog to get through. Water Seven is my favorite arc. Anime's pretty good, though the pacing is pretty bad due to the weekly release schedule: late Dressrosa, and early Whole Cake Island especially suffer from pacing. One Piece's manga handles the pacing a lot better.

As a one piece fan, I don’t mind people not liking it cuz I like it and that’s all that matters. And not wanting to watch or read it because of the length is a legitimate reason to me.
The only one I disagree with is black clover while your normally right on trying to convince people 99% of people have never given black clover a shot because they written it off as a carbon copy of Naruto which it isn't (although it does seem that way in like the first 3 episodes)

In reality it's because the first 2 episodes are a really hard watch.
I'd have to give the manga a read. I made an agreement to watch 200 episodes before reaching a conclusion, it's hard to watch withe pacing. Which I'd attribute to the weekly releases at least from the time I was watching it. Switched from anime to manga with One Piece and that fixed a lot of pacing.

I think people who don’t like One Piece are most likely turned off by Luffy and possibly find him obnoxious. His powers seem to amplify this especially if you don’t know what the hell is going on or how they work. And it must be puzzling and weird for a power that sounds as lame as being made of rubber can actually be good.
Whenever I’ve shown any fights of One Piece to my friends they always seemed puzzled at how Luffy could have won and underestimate him. But I think thats what Oda wanted even the characters in the show underestimate him and don’t fight as serious or are caught off guard when Luffy sends a fist flying at them meters away.
I noticed that they especially underestimate him when they do know what his powers do and ask why they don’t just dodge or grab his arms? But just like in Jojo the characters don’t know what the others stands ability’s are until they are already fighting as there Is only one of every devil fruit. They think the enemy Luffy is fighting already knows all his powers and moves off the bat like they the viewer know. The devil fruits and world logic may also throw some off especially if you don’t start from the beginning. Even the In world pedestrians are startled or don’t understand as they may never have seen a devil fruit user or that particular fruit throwing them off guard.
What I personally really like from One Piece was the world and being that I was really interested in pirates and ships I wanted to see a show about them. Seeing the Islands, never staying in one place for long, looking for treasure. As well as Odas crazy looking exaggerated characters with their hilarious expressions.
Believe me when I say I was a little thrown off when I realized real pirates weren’t as easy going as the Straw Hats. But like Luffy and his crew they are free spirits and don’t care what anyone else thinks or says and are what they think pirates should be.
Most people are put of by one piece due to it a length. Its on episode 1000 with no end in sight. The best stories have endings.

The problem with the anime community is that most of them wont let you enjoy anything without saying stuff like "Oh thats overrated" or "Animation is good but the story is bad" or "This anime is better". Especially demon slayer and MHA watchers get to hear this much. An anime doesnt need to have top tier story and characters to be good or enjoyable

As a Jojo fan if someone told me they skipped part 1 I'd explain why they shouldn't have skipped part 1 but don't really care because for the shortest part the shit still felt so long which was weird considering part 8
