It’s sad that she really didn’t get to use her powers that much. She had the coolest power by far
I feel like she displayed her powers the most, followed by HT, then Thing. Reed barely used his powers since they clearly had trouble with the CGI and making it look right.
The second movie though, they totally neutered her - when her powers weren't being neutralized, she sometimes seemed to just forget she had them.
And her brother had the hottest powers

I wish they showed Sue flying, being able to wrap herself in a force field and manipulating it to simulate flight. Also more of her "telekinesis" creating force fields around objects and moving them around.

One of the things I enjoyed about the 2015 film was that she did that at the climax.
While not being a good film, it had its moments.
Her powers are actually so cool.
And incredibly flexible in usage. In the comics, Sue can turn different parts of her body invisible, different layers of skin, muscle and bone, blow up objects from the inside out with force fields! She's practically the most powerful member of the team!
sam g she can even make force fields in different shapes as in the comics she used her fire fields to form tentacles to attack doctor doom and she and reed’s son franklin turned into one of marvels most powerful mutants able to use telepathy at an extraordinary rate coming from mostly sue and he force fields matching him with Nate Grey aka The X-man and Phoenix

Sue is very powerful in the comics, and she's supposed to be the most powerful of all the F4 members.
She penetrate the armor of a Celestial and hold a force field while being hit by a good amount of them.
She was weak from doing it tho

I don't give a shit about what critics had to say about these 2 movies but they were great. Yes it was cheesy but I think that it fits the F4 knowing their dynamic. And the casting for the characters were spot on too.

Idk why they have remade the movie with total disaster.
It's probably because Sony and Marvel planned to Collab on a fantastic four film/bring them into the MCU so they had to switch out Chris Evans as Johnny Storm. But for the fans who hadn't watched these films or hadn't heard of the Fantastic Four before, they had to give them the origin story movie. Sucky replacement actor choice tho, these movies were wayy better.
They made them younger and fucking teens.
They should’ve kept with the cool and inteleligent adult theme. The fantastic four was mostly scientists. They were geniuses.

They wanted to do what the current FF film did and add at least one non-white person in the group so it wasn't so white bread, but they couldn't find a male Latino actor as big to play Johnny. This forced them to basically dye Jessica Alba Caucasian since she had already signed the contract. They tried to fix this by casting Kerry Washington.

0:17 I always find it funny in that scene cuz it looks like she is posing for modeling shots. Like she is getting hit with all that energy and the next thing she does is smile and pose for a magazine.
She has to make sure she still looks good even while experiencing near death. After all the director, Tim Story, told her to even cry pretty in the sequel when she was dying after being stabbed.
She's the best, in both powers and looks. But if she could manifest weapons and energy blasts, it'd be perfect.

Roy Harper. She had no control over her abilities, as she could only turn her body invisible but not her clothes. But she needed to get pass the crowd, an invisible body walking around in clothes that can be seen would cause just as much panic.
JBaby lucas, your right however right after she strips down johny and reed got passed the crowd without the need of turning invisible.
So yes i think it was just for the eye candy but the same goes for johny earlier in the movie where he burnd up his clothes and ran around with a jacket around his weist, although his situation makes more sense...still eye candy.

The weird thing is her powers don't even work like that. She turns invisible by creating a field around her entire body - which includes anything she's wearing and directly holding - so it would take MORE effort to only turn just her body invisible.
That ferris wheel weighs about 2, 100 Tons, The thing holds the majority of the weight but Su holds it still to not to topple over, amazing

This movie was way better than the remake. Though it had a very comedic tone. It did well and good. I liked it a lot.
Any movie that gets a sequel has to be good.
Though I wished they played Sue more. Though in the movies I can make to her still being new to her powers. Though the second movie she was slightly better. The scene where says “I can make a forcefield inside you and expand it, causing you to implode” was priceless.

Invisible Woman is actually super powerful. I wouldn’t want to have to be naked or only wearing their one costume though to become fully invisible. In the comics she can bend the light around her clothes and accessories and doesn’t need to strip

The first two Fantastic Four movies definitely have their problems, but at least they got the origin story of their powers right and nailed the look of them as well. The 2015 version botched even that.
