- Learn from me and don't make the same mistakes! How I cleared my long driveway for 5 years without a shovel or snowblower. In Minnesota. For under $50 in wood and parts. DIY design and testing. Just a vehicle with a hitch is needed!

Thank you so much for your video! ❄️🎄
My wooden(Amish) hitch plow works just fine
I truly appreciate your ingenuity! well done!
I made one but used a $50 HF winch, plus a 5' tractor blade. 4 years never broke anything.
Great you did a great job
Awesome video thanks for the reply that led me to this video!
Thanks! Happy to share
Hi there. If don’t mind make a new video how to make the hitch part and size. Thanks
Too bad you didn't go into more detail on how to build the plow and the materials used.
After all said and done, how much would you say the plow costed you overall from the wood to the steel one?
I spent under $50 on materials but I also used some scrap materials from other projects. The biggest expense was the adjustable hitch from Harbor Freight.
I love your topper! What is it?
Thanks! Assuming you mean the one on my Frontier... It's a Softopper and a modular rack I designed and built for it. I felt this setup gave me maximum versatility with the ability to have weather-proof cab-high covered cargo space and a quick tool-less method to have an open bed for oversized cargo.
How much does the plow weigh?
I haven't weighed it, but I'd guess about 60 lbs.
