Great build.. Few things i saw.. Your mount braket should have a cross support in the triangle . you need a 220V welder but as this is a walk behind it should be good.. Plasma cutters are awesome as well.. also a strip of steel in front of your rubber cutting edge would strengthen as well... excellent build though
Excellent build! Just one bit of advice. If you were to put more of a curve on the blade it would get under the snow and roll it off to the side easier.
MIO standard Osjek, HONDA. Bravo. Pozdrav iz Srbije!
Your idea is very good! Maybe you can improve your device, for example, you can place two bags of sand on both sides of the cultivator to make it heavier, then the wheels of the cultivator will not slip. Thank you for this great idea!
A nice build. I wish I could weld like that and may soon learn how to. Your device reminded me of a plow my father built many years ago and attached to a Standard Twin tractor. If you're interested there are several videos of Standard Twins on UA-cam. it's a smaller garden tractor with large wheels on the front and on my dad's version smaller wheels on the back. I've used it for many years to plow snow. However, even though it is much heavier than your tiller it was still difficult to use with heavy or deep snow. Having the blade angled like that pushes the machine to the side quite easily. And with the blade perpendicular to the axis of travel simply not enough traction. Even with chains on the large tires, probably 40 inch tall and weighing in the neighborhood of 150-200 lbs each ( I can barely stand one up vertically from a laying on the ground position. My dad added lead weights to each tire.) and the added weight of the tractor itself it does not have the ability to push a lot of wet heavy or deep snow. Even though there is probably in the neighborhood of, I suspect, at least 500 lbs distributed over the two front tires that drive it. It works though for lighter snowfalls! Well, worked, the motor finally gave up. I'm guessing that you have found that it's not very effective for anything other than light to moderate dry fluffy snow plowing. You should have contacted me before you built it! I could have cautioned you. But then you wouldn't have had the fun of building and testing it. Again, nice build.
Well Done. A shorter height blade and more weight over tires might help. I made a similar pusher that attaches to the front of the rear half of a snowblower.
Nice work ! Watch your neighbors for when they put gas grills out for garbage - those stainless steel lids are Great for making snow plows for; tillers, and even in front of snow blowers for light snow & slush. (make sure your plow will clear augers - if used accidentally. 😉
First time seeing me and you're very talented yes you can buy it for cheever lady but doing it yourself that's a challenge and apparently you like a good challenge keep up the good work
Works great for that 1/2" of snow you get twice a year I bet. Sorry, not trying to be mean, this is very creative. It'd be much better on something a little more substantial though like an ATV with snow tires or chains. Cheers from the north east.
He made something for little money that proves the concept. He used various tools, while making the plow... a reward unto itself. What did you make, today?
Might uses this idea on my snowblower, when the snow is slushy and it clogs up the snowblower.. use the power of the six-speed snowblower to push the heavy slushy snow off the driveway, convert it into a snow plow. Maybe just bolt on a metal snow shovel blade. ❄️🤔
Cool idea. 1. Thinking ... hmmmmm wonder if I could do that with my tiller. 2. Rear Tiller ... I could just remove the tines in the winter. 3. Would have to find some scrap steel and learn to weld. 4. Wonder could the drive wheels be slowed down? Or could I find tire chains for grip hmmmmm. Wondering .... Why something like this doesn't exist today. You buy a rototiller and it's used, what at most, twice a hear .. To prep the garden and to end the garden ..... It should have a mower attachment / and this a snow pushing attachment or even blower.
Come on dude. A modified snowblower would work better. I've modified mine to deal with slush and it's pretty easy. That guy went through all kinds of welding and building that ended up creating a machine that you'd have to store and maintain plus it took him quite a while just to clear a small amount.
Nice to see a young man welding and fabricating!

Damn. I'm tired just watching him make that. Genius at work!

Young fella, that's some impressive fabrication skills, and a well done vid.
Damn dude..... That looks like more work than just shoveling
Exactly, well said.

Somewhat easyer than the shovel, a good job jobbed.
Odlicno samo produzi tako, pozdrav iz Makedonije ;)

Good one and no snow on a windy day blowing all over you when you have to go against the wind 💨⚒🛠👍
Super video and music. Thanks
Jak widać taki motorek można do różnych robót wykorzystać 👍

You are the best doctor👍♥️
Nice job, as long as you have the right equipment. 👍👍👍👍
Cool little snow plow that was good idea

This guy paid attention in shop class! Nice job.
It's working perfect, well done
Well Done. A shorter height blade and more weight over tires might help. I made a similar pusher that attaches to the front of the rear half of a snowblower.
A real professional indeed. Wish I could buy one.
Svaka čast majstore. Super stvar.
Daa obavezno neke lance i togove trebam stavit ;)
Predobra ideja!😀😀

Small set of tire chains an you got it kid! Nice!

Idei geniale! Bravo!👍👍👍
Nice work👍☺
Good Design!! Excellent Job.

Pozdrav from Chicago
Interesting video, avtor 💪 💪 💪 💪 thank you All power
Good creativity ! Congratulations bro !
Very cool way to have fun in your shop and way more fun than shoveling snow lol thanks for another great vid! :)
Odlicna,vido pozz sam nastavi brate
Sve odlično, jedino je kultivator pre lagani
Hmm, hardening the mold board behind the cutting edge with weld. That's pretty slick. Nice work!
Once again...you have done it again...another great idea..great build...great project....very creative...keep those videos coming !
Great work Dr, also luv your bike, ♥♡♥
Good idea, adding weight to the wheels would help.
Svaka čast bratee
I dnt know what say. You are amazing. Wow I ❤️ your video 👍
Svaka cast
Svaka ćast. Imamo isti hoby
;)
First time seeing me and you're very talented yes you can buy it for cheever lady but doing it yourself that's a challenge and apparently you like a good challenge keep up the good work
A rear v blade would be great, no fishtailing, plus if your handles flipped over and you reversed, now your v blade becomes a v scoop. 😊 good luck 🤞
Very good 😚
nice work mate smart idea!!
Nice project.
That was a beautiful job that you made that is really awesome
Svaka cast majstore :D

THAT IS FRIGGINNN COOL....

Looks like a fine machine, maybe add some weight to it and it would be a beast , nice build!

From Greece. Very good
Nice work young man!!
Best idea ever
BRAVO! Felicitari!
Snowblower is faster and does a cleaner job nice work though
but why do that? this is more fun!
Snowblower is more money though unless you get the craigslist special😂
Good work.
Laik 👍
I liked your innovation
Super😊
Nice job young man.
Cool idea, but a snowblower would work a lot better 🤷♀️
Good job!
Cool idea.

It should have a mower attachment / and this a snow pushing attachment or even blower.
Put it on a riding mower or atv. I hate snowblowers almost as much as snow shovels. They're almost as much work..
Super master
Buen trabajo DS. Saludos desde Santander.
Well on bro
Very goog idea👍
Svaka čast
:D
Creativity is nice. Doesn't seem to work too well though. Possibly adding rear weights 🤷♂️
I used to have a Bolens yard tractor which did the same thing before I got a snow blower.
9:34 Why didn't he just buy shorter bolts?
@Eric N for short bolts you need to go far :)))
Planiram daa :D
Nice. But all that work! I've bought several plows like that for $40, commercially made, more heavy duty.
another great build mate well done :) I will have to do one meself :)
Slijedeče Vodena pumpa od trimera☺
agahahaha
Awesome build up
PA STA RECI ? BRAVO !
Wow nice 👍👍👍👍👍👍
If its a wet heavy snow like that, that thing is mainly useless without any real weight added to the machine
That's nice it looks like it works pretty damn good!!

Wow all that in 15 minutes, lol. Great job
