It’s honestly crazy how you could be with a family member one week, and the next they’re just gone with no type of “build-up” leading to it. When someone gets sick, and is in the hospital until the time that they pass away, in a way that lead-up acts as a sort of cushion to the grieving process. (Still hurts like hell, but the random “blindside” deaths are the ones that truly make the grieving process a bit harder.) It truly shows how fragile life is. Again, I send my condolences. Also, thank you for posting another great video. I truly appreciate your chapter reviews, as you don’t just try to rush to put a video out. You take the time to try and make it entertaining, and you try to leave bits of knowledge that other UA-camrs may not have mentioned. My condolences on the loss of your aunt. To what you said about how the giants knew Nika had returned, maybe they have a special vivre card that is only active when a Nika awakens? Or possibly Nika showing up activated something in the Adam tree that lets them know. A bright white glow, for example. Another thing that interests me is Vega punk's statement about people waiting for Nika. I wonder if the real power of Nika is to turn people's beliefs and faith into power and/or reality. It's an idea I've seen in many fantasy stories (American Gods by Gaiman and Small Gods by Pratchett come to mind) where a god's power is directly tied to how many and how strongly people believe in him. The more people realize that Nika has returned, the more power he gets to then reform the world into how he feels it should be. And that's what Imu and the Gorosei are really afraid of, that the world they currently control will be reshaped to strip them of all their power.
