In this video we take a look at this awesome Chevy Express Van we recently equipped with our coil over conversion. This van has not gone to 4x4 yet, but whats great about this kit is that you can purchase all the suspension and new cross members so you can get the lift and run bigger tires and when ready you can come back at anytime and have 4x4 installed. This kit will give you the best ride out of your Chevy Express van that you can get especially when getting custom rated rear leaf springs in the rear. I need help! My bothers 9 passenger ( with 7 seats in it) 2013 conversation van 35000 miles always rode like crap. I'm looking for a better suspension rear and front, air shocks, bags, or just better replacement shocks. He's handicapped and you feel every crack in the road

We have something VERY BIG coming for the Chevy's that consist of fiberglass and what you just asked. Can only give out hint's at the moment. I would stay tuned! 😉

Cool highway van, but the Lightforce special is more my style. I do want to go off road with mine. Which kit is this exactly on your website? I seem to be a little confused with the choices. Transmission back and front axle unit I can handle on my own. I’m one the east coast. 👍🏻🇺🇸
This is just the coil over conversion, its the exact same as the 4x4 coil over just no 4x4 obviously haha You can always add the 4x4 later on too if you wanted!

We can convert 2010-CURRENT Chevrolet/GMC Savannah 2500/3500 6.0 GAS vans.
What if I want to go with a bigger lift? I’ve been watching your vids for awhile, I’m having a hard time finding a conversion kit with a 6-8” lift
Yeah unfortunately we don't build a kit with that much lift! Maybe U-Joint or another outfitter. That's a ton of lift so I can see where the difficulty is in finding one!
WeldTec Designs yeah. I know UJoint offers a kit for the Ford Econoline. For the money, I’ll stick to the Chevy platform. There a lots out there for the K Series pickup and Suburban. It’s hard to find a chevy van with the lift I’m looking for unless I’m looking to SAS an older G20.

Yeah it's going to be great off road, you will have much stronger upper and lower control arms as they are custom built by us so you can push it harder when off roading, you will also get a ton more articulation than any other kit we offer and in general the ride quality is amazing!! Tops every chevy kit we make!

So it depends on what you opt for, but they start at 23.5k!
