    5 cups chopped bora
    1 onion sliced
    4 hot peppers chopped (or to your taste)
    6 cloves chopped garlic
    1/2 cup fine shrimp (or 15 regular shrimp)
    1 large potato sliced thinly
    oil
    salt and pepper
    water

    Hey there: just happened upon your channel :)
    suggestion: I know you may have tried it and know how you like your bora but I’m not 100% sure as such here is my comment.
    From an old coot who has been making bora for as long as biblical days: add coconut milk instead of water or cover it and let it spring it’s own fluids then add a spoon of butter and milk or coconut milk prior to the dry down. Add sweet fried plantains and let your tummy rejoice!
    I enjoyed your tutorial best Americanized translation thus far. Keep up the good work

    Awww man, i LOVE long bean! We call cowpeas bora in Fiji. We used to take long bean with roti parceled to school in Fiji. Ill have to do a "parcel" recipe on my channel!

    Hey Matthew, if you are using raw shrimp, do you follow the same process? Or do you have to cook them separately first to burn out the water?

      Burn out the water first and take them out of the pan. Fry the bora and everything else. Then add the shrimp in at the end.

      Amrita arya,that's what you wear in india,where we are from guys wear such bracelets so I don't know what you were trying to say
