Hey thanks for watching. We would definitely encourage a third Accord. We liked the EX, but would have loved to review the Hybrid as well. Let us know if you get the third one.
Awesome review and wonderful scripture reading my brother! Loved it, and I also love this new Honda Accord Sport Hybrid. I think it's the best looking trim (and sweet spot) of the new generation. I wish they would've offered it in Meteorite Gray Metallic, but the Urban Gray Pearl and Platinum White Pearl aren't bad. Keep up the great work.
Thank you so much Arish. We are glad you enjoyed it. We might have to review the Accord again just so we can check out one of the Hybrids. Honda is headed in a great direction. Thanks again
Great question. In the electric world you have three acronyms. PHEV (Plug in Hybrid), HEV (Hybrid Electric) and EV (Electric Vehicle). The Rav4 offers a plug in, but this particular one is a regular hybrid. It goes from running on a petrol engine only, to battery only, or back and forth depending on the situation. The battery keeps power due to the vehicles regenerative braking. The benefit of the plug-in is that it can run on battery alone for longer. Where the regular hybrid really does well is in city driving. Acceleration takes a lot of energy and the RAV4 Hybrid helps quench the vehicles thirst. We hope this helps. Thanks for watching.
Gerald, thanks for watching! We appreciate you taking the time to say hello. If we slapped a Ford badge on this car I don’t think the Honda Dealership who let us review it would be happy. Well, with our dad humour they probably aren’t happy with us anyway. Ha. Thanks again. Have a great weekend.
@@HoodSlappersOfficial actually read a article where new ford mondeo's which are sold in china, and would be sold here as fusions have been seen around detroit, like maybe the fusion will return
Seriously? Well we will have to keep an eye out. That seems to go against everything Ford is doing now, but who are we to argue with the all powerful Ford Motor Company. :) Let us know if you hear anymore
As an elder-millenial or the youngest Gen X, depending on where you draw thr generational line, I have to say this car screams 1993. And that is a good thing in some ways, nobs and buttons are a huge plus. The price seems steep, but i guess if you wanted a $20k vehicle you would go with a Civic. Great video guys!
We always welcome the opinion of elder millennials. They have the most insight as their time as a millennial is longer than most. With that, we appreciate the feedback. It is definitely a flash back to a classic looking Honda. Thanks for watching oh wise elder. :)
We will definitely take a look. China is beginning to do amazing things right now in the automotive world, especially with electric cars. The next few years will be very interesting.
As a Millenial, the new Honda Accord is the upmost disappointment. What looks? It look like a Honda Taurus! It's a bridging the gap with Gen X and Baby Boomers buyers. This does not appeal to the Millenial buyers.
We appreciate you letting us know. We will give you points for the Honda Taurus comment. That’s pretty funny. It’s great to hear from viewers to get their opinion. Thanks for sharing yours. We hope you enjoyed it
I have to agree with J... Even as Gen X I have to say Accord was never famous for its exciting looks but this is probably the most uninspiring looking Accord to date
@@HoodSlappersOfficial I'm a Gen Xer and I agree with the Millennial. This new Accord is ugly. It looks like a 70s car, and not in a good way. That bubbly bent rear end, gross. That mean looking oversized grill that all cars have these days....again, weird and ugly, people in the future will laugh at these cars for being so ugly and they're going to think people in the late 2010s/early 2020s thought it was great looking. The best looking Accord was the 9th generation from around 2014.
Thank you so much for sharing. Feedback from viewers is what we love to see. That 9th generation was so crucial to for the Accord. It took it from an old looking basic car to a brilliant machine that everyone could drive. We always wondered what would have happened to the Accord if not for that 9th Gen. Thanks for watching.
Just picked up my Touring and love it. It is so luxurious and the tech inside is amazing. Loving the gas mileage.
Isn’t the Touring nice?! We hoped we could have reviewed one instead of the EX. It looks great. Enjoy it.
@@HoodSlappersOfficial it is indeed.
Thanks guys. I've had 2 Accord Hybrids and thinking about getting a third. Just a fun car to drive as it never disappoints.

Btw… the music integration on this video was spot on!
Yea? Nice. We are trying to get fresher music instead of playing the same old stuff. We appreciate you noticing.

So for hybrids you don’t have to charge it? What’s the point of it being an electric vehicle?

honestly, you could slap a ford badge on this and it would very much pass as a new ford fusion,,,but i am sure it is a fine car though

El modelo de entrada no es en EX es el LX
No hay Modelo LX en Canada. El modelo EX es el modelo base. Gracias por visitar nuestro canal.

It screams police squad car, looking like a Crown Vic! I can see my Father buying this Accord. It is borderline geriatric!

Crown Vic?! Now we can’t get that image out of our mind. Next the police will be driving then. You ruined the Accord! Ha
The Ford Fusion finally came out of hiding huh? Must have been relocated with new a new identity….
Haha. All this talk about Fords, maybe we were wrong. Maybe the Accord is indeed for seniors. Ha.
Thanks for watching.
You should see China’s Honda Accord, you’ll see why Sedan in US have been dying, US Manufacturer’s greed is something else.
