Dave - You hit two of my wonder questions - I tried the sky replace on a clip with all kinds of movement on it - the foreground had big leaves and there was a guy riding across the screen, and the camera was moving - so the tracking built in didn't work right. I saw the FX tracker in the dropdown but didn't know that it was referring to the actual one in the regular tools. I was looking for it to be integrated in the OFX inspector - so I was looking for the crosshairs with the OFX overlay. And of course it wasn't there. I guess I should have watched your tutorial first.
I'd like to see some examples of what you can do with the magic mask that is now available in Fusion. I"m trying to figure out if it can somehow replace the polygon in Planar Tracker in order to stabilze the tracked magic mask, or somehow use it to stabilze.

Wow this is incredible. Resolve is a game changer. Have worked on two feature films where we chose Resolve to edit. Have faces a lot of change resistance from our industry here in India though but its worth the risk we took i think!
Going down a long rabbit hole watching all your awesome videos as a new davinci user, here to say ive suscribed so im notified for future videos! Also im guessing you done a vid on how to use FX tracker? i thought it looked like a neat tool to use for other effects apart from clouds :)

Voice Isolation... Very cool. Similar to iZoTope RX's Dialogue Isolate and Wave Clarity VX/VX Pro. Very cool add to Studio only.

I hope the bugs in "Dialogue leveler" will be solved... some part of sound just disappears now and then.
What I like most of all from DR 18.1 is the performance boost, I run a lot of Benchmarks with the Puget bench for davinci resolve and compared it to DR 18.0.4, it will run 6.5% faster in overall score, 19% in 4k score, 7.5% in 8K with no other changes than installing 18.1 😃. This was a big surprise for me. In Fusion the benchmarks are slightly slower. But for my 8K-RAW footage (on my hardware 7950x&4090) it is a nice step forward. I posted the results on my channel (if someone is interested in Videoediting Benchmarks)
Tracking 24fps clips in a 60fps timeline in the Color section always gave me trouble. Did they fix it?
is the voice iso and dialog leveler available with the free version?
