Without a doubt. Mr Williams has the best gold info videos on you tube. My now seven yr old daughter and are huge fans. She wants a pulse metal detector for Christmas. And it's April. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and time. A father daughter bonding.
Thanks Patrick....we are really happy to hear that and tell your 7 year old that me and Slim say Howdy....She is smart and tell her that she wants a Minelab GPX 5000 or a garret ATX. always our pleasure and that Bonding is the real Gold my friend.
jeff you really know your stuff about gold and rocks and lots of big scientific words about volcanic rocks and you really can identify exactly where the GOLD is located. I never yet saw anybody go deep down detailed about gold....Jeff youre the first Ive seen giving proper information and best educational advice to find that gold 👍
Thanks ....really happy to hear that and we have sooooooo much more we want to get out there so buckle up .....it's gonna get exciting.
I liked the like for Slim💀 Good geology information and it’s presented in a way that is not boring, even the kids like it too.🤩🥸😎
Thanks for that!
You would be the best science teacher ever
Oh Yeah !!!!!
Jeff, the Wizard of Gold.
This is the best show yet. I love the geology information. It's been helpful. Thank you!
Thanks..really glad you like it and we will be having more on this subject as we think it is so important.
jeff that was one of the best videos you have done! the walking with camera like you are prospecting the area is really helpful. it is like seeing it more with your eyes if you know what i mean? keep up the good work!
Another great video Brother. You rock. Slims video skills are growing by the minute. Thanks for the "subtitles" and all the new info. May Krampus smack slim and sac him!
Great video Jeff! I always learn something when watching. Thank you!
you betcha.
One of the best videos Jeff! Keep making them like this so we can see what your talking about float, alluvial, illuvial..... now we just need an updated one on how to sample for gold.
Problem with dry panning is that you really have to crush the clay to get all the smaller gold inside it, it's pretty hard to do it well, but Jeffo here is great at it, Kudos, mate!!!
thanks for the compliments and yes that clay can hold some nice Shiney in it.
Shout out from Victoria, Australia. Been panning about 6 months now and certainly have the fever. Love the video's, they have taught me heaps and I'm getting a good amount of colors now - all the best for 2017!
Jeff is so gosh darn informational and entertaining... but most of all he REALLY tries to break down his knowledge to fundamentals that you can understand. Field tested techniques and you can feel that he genuinely wants you to succeed with gold and prospecting. I think that is what really sets him so far ahead of others...
Out here in Somaliland.. Gonna go hiking and looking for the first time ever. You and Chris Ralph have inspired me. Let's go boy!
thats great and keep us posted
@@Askjeffwilliams Well... I went! I realized how clueless I am. I did a vey oxadized sulphate vein with a buttload of pyrate.. Just ordered a gold pan from abroad..
I live in Western Australia we have country like that with quartz and iron no wonder there is lots of gold here.
Jeff the amount of information you shared and I learned watching your videos is unreal. Thank you for all the hard work
always my pleasure and I appreciate that!
Loved the dry panning journey...
You told me once in a email that most of your experience and knowledge in geology is self taught and i can see that
you have spent most of your adult life looking for gold. I just wanted to say a big THANK YOU for your videos, they are most informative and of great viewing value and very funny , say Hi to Slim from all of us here at the Lowery family in Henderson, Nevada (ray lowery)
Hi Ray long time huh....yes and I have a degree from Mackay school of mines but we are constantly learning more and more and just when you think you got a handle on it .....Mother Nature throws you a curve ball and you have to learn more. Yes that is true ....been in mines my entire life....Thanks for that ...really appreciate that. I will tell him you said " Hi " .....Take Care my friend.
Cannot Thank you enough Jeff... Keep up the great video's. You the Man!!!
Thanks for sharing your knowledge Jeff. Very helpful and makes our desert time more fun and potentially more golden.
You are a professor of mining. You really know your geology too. So educational and entertaining. Thanks Jeff. :-)

get that yella gold!
Great stuff, thanks Jeff.
Great video - I appreciate your geology lessons and your emphasis on research. I'm in Colorado doing my prospecting, so we don't have the wonderful Sonoran desert terrain.
We do have plenty of mineralized areas to prospect. I am near central Colorado, so quite a few mining districts are in easy reach. I learn something from every one of your videos.
Thank you Jeff for another outstanding video. I got a lot out of it and i can hardly wait to try your new method of dry panning... I really needed to hear what you had to say about metamorphic rock cause I erroneously thought it was devoid of minerals...
Jeff, I love what you do man! You help keep me enthused about prospecting! I have learned alot from your videos. Keep it up brother, thanks!
Thanks Mark and we are very happy to hear that . We will my brother.
Great video Mr jeff! whwn i watch ur vids i can learn alot of different things about " FINDINB GOLD"!!
Man...I've watched a lot of your videos and this is a really good one. Don't get me wrong, all your vids are great but I really like the geology stuff. Thanks a lot Jeff, I've used this knowledge for more than gold prospecting.
Holy Schist Jeff! Great video and lots of great info!! Bob

I have an AT Gold metal detector and a pan and I couldn't find gold if I was in a jewelry store. Thanks for this video, hopefully it helps me bring home more than pretty rocks and a couple old coins.
Now This was an excellent learning tool...and greatly appreciated...one that I will watch a few times and memorize the lesson. Thank you Jeff...hi to Slim and Nevada Jack...

great Dry Panning video Jeff, makes me miss the desert so much. Can't wait to get back out there looking for gold :D
I just realised your dry pan technique is the same concept as the "dry blowers" tgey use in out back australia where there is no water. very cool 😁
