Concise and useful advice, Max. Ever make a bubble strong enough to withstand a small light weight object (e.g., small flower petal, or confetti) on the surface? Might make unique image.
Thanks Paul! No, never tried, but it might be possible by adding enough sugar and a using an object with a surface that doesn't mess with the molecular structure of the soap film.
I believe it!! Freezing bubbles are fun, too though. Unfortunately I'm still waiting for the temperatures to drop low enough here in Germany, for winter subjects such as bubbles, snow and icicles... Thanks for your comment Jason! Cheers, Max
@@TheGiantWorldofTinyThings It gets cold enough where you are for that? The best part is actually just watching them freeze over, photography be damned. It's mesmerizing.
@@jasondashney It used to a few years back, at least sometimes... I spent the last few years overseas, so I'm not sure what to expect from the German winter nowadays, but so far it's not as cold as I would like it to be. I only ever shot bubbles once and it was mesmerizing to watch them, I absolutely agree!
Loads I'm sure! Laowa is a brand that produces brilliant macro lenses, which are affordable and high in quality. And especially with (a mirrorless, I'm assuming) Sony camera you have a wide range of lenses that you could adapt.
beautiful
Nobody's going to burst Max's bubble... Stay creative.

wow... nice work
Thanks Ankan!!
Interesting video, but what does one do with the bubble pictures?
Awesome. I've shot freezing bubbles in -20c, but don't-freeze-your-fingers-off bubbles sound a little more appealing to me these days, haha.
