Delap's throw-ins had more speed and were basically a straight line into the box. These throw-ins were very difficult to defend, especially Premier League defenders. I see a very long throw-in in this video, but there is definitely more of an arch and the pace is slower. I believe defenders would have an easier time defending those type of throw-ins. I would still take Delap's throw-ins over this fellow in the video.

I played handball with a dude, when we were both 15, that could do legal throw-ins from one sideline of a full size pitch to a few meters of the other side line. To this day I don't understand how he could create so much power in a throw-in position. Didn't even do a flip or anything.
How do they do it? Are thwy double jointed in their shoulders or something so more torque? I looks normal technique. Btw this is great but rorys went straight lile a bullet!! Not normal humans can do that lol
