    Another good tip is paint / dab,the finished pot /urn etc with natural yogurt,in time it starts to give a real nice green natural colour to the pots verdi green lichen forms ,,,, with a real old age look

    I would like to see it now after it weathered for a year. I am leery of it not being primered before painting.

    How can you mix paint or pour paint on such a beautiful shiny bench top/dinning top.

      We actually made the table and it is covered in SO much polyurethane I have been able to just wash paint right off the surface.

      I am going to try this..on 3 big black plastic planters.I always have paint on me too, so messy! When I paint indoors, I cover my table with an old vinyl table cloth from a garage sale..it has hearts all over it. I know it will not be that attractive in videos. Maybe I should find a clear plastic one.lol

    Light paint first, then dark and blend.

    Lots of water for your plant, anything with Hydra needs lots of water mine are in low light with more shade.

    Bought those exact same planters for making something for Halloween and was wondering how to make them attractive enough to use for planting now.

    I got worried when you poured paint into the bowl, and the table had no cover! It might just be me, but I think your work table is too pretty not to be protected.

      Why not protect your work table?

    It's been four months now. How well did this hold up outside?

    • @KrystaMeeker
      @KrystaMeeker  Рік тому

      Mostly well! It has remained in my Sunroom so it’s not exposed to the elements. I’ve had one small spot around the lip of the top chip. I can’t say for sure it would hold up well outdoors year round but it’s working nicely in a covered space for me.
