That was the most thorough description of migraines I’ve every seen. I’ve suffered for 15yrs with them, until a guy suggested I take B3, since then I’ve not had one. When I get the aura I take 500gms and the aura goes and it’s over. I have used this for 35yrs. As an OTR trucker suffering from these is brutal. I've been doing more research and glad I found your video. I don't get them often but when I do, like right now, they completely debilitate me for 24-36 hours. For me migraines almost always end with vomiting, it almost seems like a phase of it to me, always has been, I get aura, then my head aches for 4-24 hours before I barf and it seems to make it go away faster than anything else. Just in case this mite help, I've had aura migraines on and off for a few years now and recently have discovered that if I exercise/workout when I get it or even after getting it that working out helps me to rid the annoying after effects quicker.. Usually the aura comes on gets higher and bigger lasts for about 15 - 30 mins then the aura goes away and then I have pain between my eyes and a ugly feeling in my stomach for the rest of the day, and usually it ruins my day but now after I said stuff it I'm not gonna stop my day cause if it I'll do a workout and I feel better, not sure why, maybe cause it gets the blood flowing or endorphins or increase mitochondria.. I was using chemicals at work 15 weeks ago, I've had the same headache ever since. Feels like I got hit in the head with a baseball bat. My body is so weak I struggle to use the tools at work, and work on the units that I thought were almost weightless. I’ve only got a migraine twice, and three months in between, the first time I was in school and I was typing on my computer and my vision went blurry and letters would disappear from words and I was like tf and then I went to the office no went home nd threw up everywhere but both times I would just sleep it off msjority

I had migraines as a kid. In third grade I had a migraine and my teacher drove me home. I threw up all over her new 1967 Mercury Cougar.
Yes movement does not help in the least for me. Makes me feel like my head is going to explode the pain gets more intense.

Phase-3. All symptoms said here matched. My pain starts around 11:30 am and lasts till sun set. Every physical activity makes it worse.

For me migraines almost always end with vomiting, it almost seems like a phase of it to me, always has been, I get aura, then my head aches for 4-24 hours before I barf and it seems to make it go away faster than anything else. Never tried to force it though and I doubt it would work to simply put two fingers in the mouth when aura hits.

Just in case this mite help, I've had aura migraines on and off for a few years now and recently have discovered that if I exercise/workout when I get it or even after getting it that working out helps me to rid the annoying after effects quicker.. Usually the aura comes on gets higher and bigger lasts for about 15 - 30 mins then the aura goes away and then I have pain between my eyes and a ugly feeling in my stomach for the rest of the day, and usually it ruins my day but now after I said stuff it I'm not gonna stop my day cause if it I'll do a workout and I feel better, not sure why, maybe cause it gets the blood flowing or endorphins or increase mitochondria.. Now in terms of triggers for the aura I'm not quiet sure I've but of recent times I'll write down when it's comes on and what I had done as in, looked at the phone for too long or bright lights like fluorescent lights mite be a trigger or sometimes I've noticed come in when I've had foods like oats/nuts/seeds, not all the time but often when I consume those kinds of foods and maybe from sulphites in those foods..

I think phobia is way over used for the wrong meanings, photophobia should be changed to photoevaisthisia (evaisthisia) Greek meaning for sensitivity instead of fear. As well as Phonophobia to Phonoevaisthisia, meaning sensitivity to sound not fearing it. Phobia kinda agitated my current migraine.

I was using chemicals at work 15 weeks ago, I've had the same headache ever since. Feels like I got hit in the head with a baseball bat. My body is so weak I struggle to use the tools at work, and work on the units that I thought were almost weightless. Not mention I've collapsed three times, twice this week, and last week got into a car accident. Albeit, I'm not experiencing any light sensitivity, sounds do; rather certain tones and pitches. But I've had migraines before and I've always had a sensitivity to light. They were also always directly behind my eyes, nowhere else.
Update: specialist took a look at my MRI with contrast, my cerebellum sags slightly and my left optical nerve is being stretched due to the sagging. Doc thinks I have a cerebrospinal fluid leak, which is bizarre since I started having my headaches after using chemicals. I'm an anomaly but it's a start in the right direction.

Had experience migraine since a child.
