- Sharing openly today about a season in my motherhood where I questioned God about what He meant when He said children were a blessing...because feeling exhausted and needed all. the. time. sure wasn't feeling like very blessed living! Thank you!! I feel like Christian moms so rarely talk about this!!! Motherhood has felt more like a curse to me than a blessing for most of it, and it has been a big, big struggle.
I needed to hear this. I have an 8 yr old and 2 yr old. Most days I am struggling to get through each day with my toddler. It seems like all I’m doing is problem solving and listening to him whining and crying. Lately I’ve been losing my patience. It doesn’t feel good. *deep breaths*

I’m in that season. Some days I feel like a complete failure and that God is tired of me constantly coming to him for forgiveness for losing my patience (obviously a lie from the enemy). This mom chat was very much needed! ❤️

I just found your channel and I am so glad that I did. Thank you for the encouragement and letting me know I am not the only one who has asked myself this same question about my two little men. It is exhausting and sometimes can seem overwhelming but those verses you quoted were exactly what I needed to hear right now and know that all this tiring effort will hopefully someday see rewards come out of it.They are a blessing and I have always known that, but sometimes its hard to see when you are in the midst of a chaotic season of life.

What if we weren't trained as children and feel clueless on how to train. Do you have training tools in this area? I feel lost.
I wasn't raised this way either, Casey. There are so many books & resources on parenting out there! I've always done a lot of reading and gleaning from others to help me be the mama I could be. xox
